Really thinking about moving here from massachusetts. One concern with buying anything near water is flood insurance. You mentioned some houses being flooded but what’s that insurance look like?
Flood insurance went up here after hurricane Harvey, I can’t give you an accurate estimate, but I can tell you that not all areas have risk of flooding. You’d think because homes on the lake are close to the water that they are at risk of flooding, but it’s actually very rare for homes on the water to flood. The are quite elevated. It’s usually downstream that has the flooding issues. Not the lake houses. Definitely reach out to our team and we can explain more
Just bought a condo in April sound on the 9th hole of the 9 hole course. I plan to buy two more properties in there. I'm a small Texas investor. And it's a primo location. It's quite a change from living in Katy.

@@livinginhtx Closed on it April 5th and are just now moving in. Hired a contractor to remove the 1970's popcorn off the ceilings. Retexture the ceilings walls and put new modern baseboards in..looks great.
Don't forget 24hr armed security officers manning the gate and patrolling the subdivision. They respond before EMS and Fire Department. They are well trained and professional.
I just renovated a mobile RV. Do you have any videos on where to? Camp without paying for camping tags or hookups. I'm looking to stay in my rv for a weekend stay private.

Yes! We are filming a vlog lake tour as I write this and the lake is very great for swimming. It’s up to everyone to make sure they do it in a safe manor. Very boater friendly lake with lots to offer from wake surfing, skiing, tubing and jet skiiing. You can kayak as well when it’s not rough

Why would anyone ENCOURAGE you to put balls into the lake? Do they have a recovery system?
The special range balls float and are usually blown into a corner by the wind where they are revovered.
