    Love your work. If you ever have to repaint baseboards try to use a foamy roller. And please don’t use bondo outside to fix rot. Yes it might be a temporary fix but not a long term fix. Keep up the work

      @@AbdelAziz0205 I roll them with thick mini rollers and they come out fine, and smooth. When you do this for a living, you buy good tools. If you take care of your brushes properly, try out a Picasso oval brush also, picked on up last year, much more comfortable to cut in with. Always gotta try to find more efficient ways to work, since money doesn't wait on on anyone.

    Very soft product for a high traffic area

    • @TheHeadincharge
      @TheHeadincharge 2 года назад +8

      While the stairs themselves are high traffic, I’m not sure I would agree that that specific area he patched is really in danger, and any hit big enough to seriously damage such a shallow patch would most certainly damage wood as well. Also depends on the homeowners themselves and how the damage happened. Since it occurred during a Reno job, I wouldn’t be very concerned. The easy sand 5 stuff also dries surprisingly hard. I agree that a high performance, two part wood filler or bondo would be stronger, not every fix needs the most extreme solution.

    You can also prime before you caulk.

    How much do people pay for this?
    I imagine that the price wouldn't be worth calling someone else out to do it but he does so many of these small fixes so just asking to see if anyone knows.
    Or is he paid by a HOA and comes everyday to a community and does small fixes?
    I just don't understand how it could be worth it for both parties to fix such small things.
