I used to buy these stones the black did not protect me the first time I wore it and yes the stone was cleansed I found out there was no baby at my scan meaning no heart beat I was upset annoyed these stones are something else I never wore the black stone again

and hematite is my fav for grounding

Love this!! My 4 year old son is driving me bananas lately. Lol. The smoke quartz, how can it be applied for children? Place the stone under their bed? Have him play around with it? Place it somewhere in his presence? Anything that can give me some patience and calm him down a tad bit would be WONDERFUL! Lol. Thanks!
Yeah I have a 3 yr old that is out of control. I need to know if it will work for that.
Yes, there are actually a few things that you can do for him. If he wants to play with it, he can. He can carry it around in his pocket, put it under his pillow as he sleeps, and you can even put a piece of in his bathwater while he takes a bath. Hematite is also really good for kids, and you can find hematite bracelets and such online, if he would want to wear a bracelet.
It can most definitely help with that. Children are especially susceptible to crystal energies. It is good to sit down and talk with kids about the crystals, because they will see them as very magical things. Just explain to him what it does.

I am so ready for these all to be ready to buy, I'm feel like I'm going to go off a cliff! The last 2 months have been terrible for me and my family and I don't know how much more I can take 😫😭 I suffer from anxiety and depression along with other things so I don't handle things well anyway and with all this new stuff it's too much. So do you remove the stones before burning the candle?
I leave them in when I initially burn the candle. You can remove them as the wax melts. By that time, they have infused themselves into the wax

Yes you can. Soy wax washes off really easily with warm water. Just rinse them off and then let them dry, or you can pay them dry with a paper towel.
How long do you let the wax dry and set before adding the rest of the wax and items on top?

Would you recommend using wood wick for these type of candles?
You can use pretty much any sort of wick you have. Wood ones will work just fine.
Question: how does the Crystal react when the candle is burning? Does it stay whole or does it melt with the candle?
A crystal does not melt. It will start to sink down into the wax. You can take it out once the wax has melted enough

You can do that as well.
Do you have any issues with the additives lighting on fire?
I’ve honestly never had that problem. Once the wax begins to melt, the additives sink.
How long do you light the candles for or do you light them until they are done
If the herbs are close enough to the flame, they will catch fire, especially if the top of the candle is loaded heavily. Based on how close and how much is around the wick, its likely to happen.
I have been making these candles for many years now, and I have never had an issue with anything catching on fire. As soon as the wax begins to melt, the herbs begin to absorb it, and then they sink.
is this still okay to do without the crystals? i’m trying to make these for my friends but honestly i don’t have the money to buy crystals. (trust me, i’d have hundreds if i could)

Hello! What happens when you burn a candle then it no longer lights and the wick is a nub and you only used it three times.
If you can, take a plastic spoon or something and scoop away a little bit of wax from around the wick to give it room to breathe, then try re-lighting,
Is the flame important? Will wickless candles have the same power?
It’s pretty much just the intent behind it. If you have a Wickless Candle, that will work just as well.

i have a question , how come we use herbs if they sink down and won’t burn ?
Once the candle is burnt, do you take the crystals out and wash them or did they already do what they were supposed to
You can take the crystals out and wash them. The wax is pretty soft, so most of the time you can wipe it away with just a dry paper towel. Then you can place them outside in the sun or moon for just a few hours to recharge them if you like
Can we use this candle multiple times of we just throw the candle when all of it already turns into liquid
You just keep using it like a regular candle

Where do you get your little jars from?
I want to do this but i want to add mica powder to give the candle color how should i go about this?
Always stir in my mica powder after I take the wax off the heat. Just stir it in a little at a time so that it doesn’t clump up

Where do you get youre stones and how do you know there real? Aren't they expensive?
These are raw crystals and when you know about them, you know when they are fake.
Crystals have their aura while fakes dont
And yes, tourmaline and smokey isn't that expensive
Do you have to use any special kind of glitter? I heard there’s a kind you can get that’s not made of plastic and it’s better to burn.
I use regular crafting glitter that is extra fine. I have never had an issue with this type of glitter. Just do not use large flakes. Those are the ones that will burn up and put off fumes. If that is still a concern, you can buy cosmetic grade glitter from cosmetic supply sites.

You sure can

With all of that stuff in the wax, does it ever clog the wick?
No. Once the wax has loosened around the stones, they are to be removed. The herbs and everything else sink into the wax. I’ve never had a problem with it choking the wick.

There is really no particular size stone to use. Just whatever will fit into the candle. I try to also make sure that I don’t place it close enough to where it can actually touch the flame. Once the wax melts a little bit around the stone, it needs to be removed
Can someone please tell me how many drops of fragrance oil I would need to add to one of these 8oz candles? I struggle with math, and I’m having a hard time doing the conversions that the internet suggests. I need someone to tell me like 30-40drops or 1tbs....etc.
It honestly all depends upon your fragrance oil. When you purchase the fragrance oil, check the website where you get it, or the packaging, and it should tell you how much to use per pound of wax. Each brand is different.

What glitter do you use?
You can use pretty much any glitter you like. The brand does not matter. I get the majority of mine at Walmart. I use extra fine. Not the really chunky, big pieces.

A lot of crystals I get from local gem mines. I live in the North Carolina mountains, there are a lot of mines around here. I will actually have a lot of them up for sale on my own website in the next day or so. I just shipped out over 50 packages this week, and then I’ll have them posted on my website. No. The use of crystals and herbs is not necessarily hoodoo. People of many backgrounds use them.
Where do you get the tags
I make the tags myself on my computer. But if you need someone to design them for you, there are lots of places that will design and print them. They are basically just a sticker, and places like Vista Print are a good place to buy them.
