    Matagal ang video but for me hindi sya boring,, perhaps, nakakatuwa si nanay,, ok yung pagka detalyado nya.. Good job po.. Salamat,, now I know na, pink salt pala ang need dyn, and not the ordinary salt na gamit ntin.

    Tumpak Nanay Esie! Para nga lang nag steam ng ground pork pag walang pink salt, kaso considered preservative na rin kasi yun db kaya hnd ko nilagyan yung tinry ko kahapon.

      Pink salt/prague powder/ salt petre po tawag sa curing salt. Kung pambahay lang naman yung gagawing spam and icoconsume kaagad, no need na po gumamit nyan.

      If you watched TheWolfePit's video about Homemade SPAM recipe, three hours po ang baking time, or until it reaches an internal temperature of between 200 to 250 degrees.
