THE STRUMMING OF THE RHYTHM QUITARS HAS A VERY GOOD BEAT AND SOYNDS GREAT.NOONE COULD PLAY EXACTLY JUST LIKE THAT THEN(SEARCHERS,SWINGING BLUE JEANS,GERRY & THE PACEMAKERS etc)
This demonstrates the total differencd between The Beatles and other 1960s rock groups and ALL who have followed since. 1. The vocal of John and harmonies of P&G are intense rock performances. 2. The backing is measured, perfect and never interferes with the vocals. Never gets louder or faster. Sir Ringo keeps a simple measured timing. There is no other band ever that has done this -- they ALL go crazy on instruments when going crazy in their vocals. Watch The Beatles playing live and this is clear to see - with Ringo keeping them in time and on cue. -- Only one other group has come close and this is Cliff Richard and the Shadows -- _and they influenced The Beatles!_
Why is this considered rare? When almost all the stereo versions of The Beatles early LPs the vocals were on one track, and the instrumentals were on the other. Quite often you could hear the singing on the instrumental track, indicating that it was recorded at the same time
Great instrumental for that song.
Great Super Sound!! ❤
