- Here are some simple rules to improve your aircraft carrier CV skills in World of Warships Blitz, featuring the Midway. CVs require a lot of practice; don't get discouraged, follow these simple rules and you'll get better.
Here are the rules, explained in the video:
Rule #1: Know the AA values of enemy ships
Rule #2: Clear skies before attacking
Rule #3: Learn how to "Bait Fighters"
Rule #4: Pick the Most Dangerous, Most Isolated, Closest target
Rule #5: Keep Destroyers Spotted!
Rule #6: Master Fire and Flooding mechanics
Rule #7: Mid-Range Positioning
Rule #8: when Safe, Get Closer, USe Hit Points, Maximize DPM

1. How to dodge destroyers who charge down the middle when your team is spread out
2. How do I hit my torpedo planes so that I don’t have to toy around with them once they get there? Especially on cruisers and destroyers.
Thank you very much! Glad you've found it useful. For (1), you must position behind your fleet to prevent that. Just dont camp base, be close to the action but always protected. (2) will probably be the subject of a future video, not yet available in the polls but I've already been thinking about it. Stay tuned, new poll on the channel pages

What equipments do you have on Midway?
The planes reload time; the rest is up to you. I probably went with accel and steering for escape scenarios.

It's one of your equipments; but you have to sacrifice others to get more.
how do you maximize dive bomber damage?
i always miss it when using them
You can't, its random...only camo and one commander skill can improve it (a bit). Also, picking bigger targets.

@@deathfromabove432 i mean pc players always try to dive vertical target, instead of horizontal one.
im struggling in my Hiryu rn, idk it just felt that after Ryujo, IJN CV really tends to perform worst than any other CV.
i did bought Shokaku already, and felt that it kinda meh. im just an average player, who rarely could snipe DD with torp plane soo.. i guess i just stick to grind USN CV from now on.
@@n4psters986 yes, do that, USN are best served first. Keep IJN for later when you're used to all the concepts and if you want to be cv main.
Sadly this carrier system got removed on PC version 2 years ago... better times back then...
Yes, I'm also not a big fan of CVs on PC, it'a glorified shooting game... Blitz CV gampeplay much better indeed!

If you have ijn cv first responsibility is destroy destroyer and cruiser
First responsibility is to spot destroyers, on that I agree. Then it's about the closest, isolated, most dangerous target to your team. Sometimes, it's destroyer. Sometimes it's not. I'll talk about that soon.

@@rahulratre7741 that's a good point, and will be the subject of the Shokaku guide I'm currently working on. Indeed, focus on close isolated targets, not packs of ships.
