this is kd's first appearance on Graham's show. As she was promoting What A Wonderful World, the next guest was Tony Bennett. That is not shown in this clip except for the musical performance at the end, which takes up the majority of the clip.

I wonder if k.d. lang knows how much people love her, just the way she is. Besides being a fantastic singer, she is a down to earth and humble human being.

After 20 years after this interview ... KD is still the greatest female performer ever even though she has disappeared. in recent decades.
I saw her in concert in Melbourne, Australia about five years ago and she came to Australia for the BlazeAid concert after the bushfires a couple of years ago. She was magnificent. One of the few performers who sound as good in concert as they do on albums.
K D a fantastic performer and very down to earth she's got something other performers lack and that is class and huge amounts of natural talent

KD could sing anything and with anybody, and she was a beautiful person, even though her feet must have smelled with those F-ing Birkenstocks. Beside the point, since that duet with Tony Bennet, was wonderful. I watched the tribute show where KD sang it to Tony alone, this makes it all seem so more special. You should have sang with Louis, but I think you already have.
