"In memory of 216 people." There were 217. "I know what I said."

Not gonna comment on the flight itself, what surprises me the most is how willing was the Egyptian government to cover it us as a mechanical failure.

Imagine the captain is just using the bathroom like he’s done a million times before, when all of a sudden your airplane starts nosediving towards the ocean. Wtf

A friend of mine lost her mother on that flight. Heartbreaking.

I'm always particularly disgusted when people use "God" as an excuse to end hundreds of lives.

If I remember history right, a small town group of High School girls (That had done a Fund Raiser, for a trip, which I thought was France) was on that flight. One girl was sick during the Fund Raiser, and did not get enough money for the flight and had to stay home. She was the only girl in her High School class the next year.

This disgusts me on so many levels. No wonder people have such anxiety about getting on an airplane....it's bad enough we have people on flights acting reckless but to have pilots to deliberately murder a plane full of innocent lives is vile. If there is a hell I hope those men are suffering. Your videos are amazing.

The Egyptian authorities providing jackshit arguments to make this look like an accident was cringe

Someone should tell EgyptAir that “denial” is not just a river in Egypt.🤨

I can't believe that there are still those who say this wasn't a suicide flight and still claim that it was some catastrophic loss of flight control or something.

I love the way this classy channel recreates past aviation disasters and guides us on the path that leads to the highest-level cause of each crash. I’m not a pilot, but I feel like one going through the experience when I watch their videos.

It’s pretty obvious that it was deliberate by the relief first officer. I’m surprised that the captain even made it back inside

Egypt just didn’t want to accept that their FO intentionally did that. Which I get is so hard to accept but the families of the victims deserve honesty about what occurred.

Imagine the horror endured by the passengers aboard this flight. When people choose to fly, they trust that they'll be safe and that the men/women operating the flight are of sound mind and will not put their lives in danger, ESPECIALLY not intentionally, so it's actually rather scary that you could get on a simple flight that's being controlled by someone (for lack of a better term) with some kind of death wish.

I like this channel. I’m not really into airplanes as a hobby or anything, so I obviously don’t understand all of the technical terminology, but it’s balanced enough to where I can use context clues to get the idea. It’s a delicate line this channel navigates well.

Although i have read about his incident, when i watched this video my heart rate began to increase. i cannot begin to imagine the horror for the passengers and crew while this was happening. What a vile and evil act.

Feeling totally helpless as you plunge to your inevitable death must be the most harrowing and unbearable feeling in the world. What a tragedy.

This is my worst fear, being in plane with a psychotic suicidal pilot

after this, there is a rule that if one of the pilots leave the cockpit, a flight attendant has to come in until the other pilot comes back, no one is allowed to be alone there.
