Hey that's a very professional work! I really do not understand people who dislike this kind of videos.

A BRILLIANT MACHINE WELL MADE
It is just amazing. Big big thanks for this.
thanks
Beautiful looking machine.
thanks!

I just watched your bandsaw video today, 03/17/2023 and have to say that it’s very impressive what you have built! I only need to know how much it costs for hardware and the wood.

*Cool job*
VENKO wood thank you!
Good job, interesting design, I already built Mathias's version but I might be tempted to make another one. Drawback is that the shaft is turning, advantage is it simplifies the design and allows to put the transmission in a cage free of dust. Good thinking ! :-)
I'm glad to see you here Daniel! thanks
Thanks for your channel, so much interesting content :-) ! People should also visit the forum for further details www.paoson.com/forum/ !
Great Video, and nice work.

".....Very excited to see the next video Senor Suso....Excellente....!"
gracias Froilan!
Gracias!
Great job! Now the bad part: waiting for the next part... ;) Just a question: don't you need to balance the wheels?
Gianluca Salvador thanks Gianluca, you're right. I explain that in the article of my web. "We must also ensure the wheels are balanced. For that, we turn them slowly on their bearings and check whether they tend to turn more towards either side. If that's the case, we only need to make some holes on the wheel from the front to remove some of the weight on the side the wheel is moving towards"
Would i be able to scale plans down to make the same but smaller bandsaw as got limited space and a benchtop bandsaw in desprate need of a replacment.
Really interested would be willing to pay a little more to buy the plans for the scaled down version to accept a small induction motor from the Energer ENB539TAS 200mm Table Saw 230-240V and to accept a 56 1/2 inch blade lengh
Hi. It would be very useful to give the wheel diameter in the write up. A short machine specification would also be good. Cut depth and cut width? BobUK.
Can you cut metal with that saw changing blade?
It is a very goog working
Good job)
thanks!
What program did you use to make the plans?
I like it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Mike Wiegel thanks Mike!
Como consigo los planos para yo fabrucarlos
Cool!!!
Hi, I have bought your plans and I am in the process of building the bandsaw. Could you give me more details about the polyurethane glue you use to hold the wheels to the calibrated rod so that I can get the correct glue please? Great video and plans by the way, really enjoying building it and looking forward to using it. I have looked at a number of bandsaw builds on RUclips and yours is definitely the best, Thanks
hello Allan, you can use any glue that sticks wood and metal, and expands when drying. Email me please, I can help you better
Awesome job! What size blade are you using?
They are 2490mm long, here you can find them:
www.paoson.com/forum/364s/band-saw-accesories
Wow that is so nice ! Keep on going m8
Bram Hijman thanks!
Paoson WoodWorking what kind of bands do you use around the wheels?
take a look:
www.paoson.com/forum/368s/an-elastic-power-band-instead-of-a-rubber-bandsaw-tire
Paoson WoodWorking thanks! Very nice that buy-list from some countries !!
what length blade is used? what is the largest width of board can you resaw? awesome video.
hi Ken, here you'll find all that info: www.paoson.com/blog/en/homemade-band-saw-n100/
I love you man
I would like to work as your assistant...in that way i may have access to a free plan🤣
HI SUSO just watched the video & noticed that at 11:23 you put the lower wheel onto the Calibrated shaft & " spin it up " whereby it looks to be " running out " is this in actual fact true i,e. is it running out ?
Bravo my friend two thumbs up!👍👍 are you going to have plans available for this project?
thanks!
