Anthony for the drill where the player slalom the cones then plays one touch...volley...then two touch pass....what is the player rotation? Or are you just keeping those players at those station and rotate them in after about two minutes or so? I like the drill alot
With that particular drill, we have two groups - one group works for 6mins and then the other group rotates in. Emphasis being speed of play and quality in the execution of their technique. Neither is where we want it to be, but this was their 3rd session back having been away for approx. 2 years due to Covid. Definitely a work in progress...
I like what you do at your Academy. True developmental training....We need more of this type of training and Academies all over Trinidad and Tobago at the U10 to U14 level...Discipline, Commitment and Professionalism...keep up the great work Anthony...
