Settings you can turn on to increase student mastery!

Quizizz has a ton of settings that you can enable to drive meaningful and impactful engagements with your students. In this video, Kyle Niemis shows you how to enable those settings on Quizizz, just before you assign a quiz or lesson to your students. When your students participate in either a quiz or lesson, you will know that the focus is on their mastery and not winning or speed.
The Redemption question on Quizizz, as the name suggests, is the option that you can provide your students to redo/reattempt the question that they previously answered incorrectly. Once they get it right the next time, it reinforces and cements the learning.
The Extra life Power-up encourages your students to try the same question again that was answered partially correctly. It works perfectly for the Match and Reorder Question types when there are multiple correct answers.
With the Adaptive Question Bank enabled you can ensure that every student attempting the quiz is shown a different set of questions, which changes with each additional attempt. Every attempt, after the first one, showcases unseen questions and ones that students previously got incorrect. As a result, each attempt leads to a unique set of questions and a more meaningful and personalized learning experience for every student.
