I love these updates, but can I ask: are some of these coming to only those on an all-school plan? I’m a paying member, and was surprised to find recently that I’m not able to access video questions because my school doesn’t subscribe (even though I do, and am paying this myself). Shouldn’t paying members be able to access all features, given that whether the school subscribes may not be down to us as individuals?
