Pls inside the military zone. Is there allocation for residents bcos i bought a land through a cooperative when we went for allocation we were stopped by military guard who claimed that many people r claiming ownership of the residential area. Finally we were able to gain access but i told the cooperative to refund me i dont want army wahala

It is Charting the land to make sure it's free from any encumbrance, Analysing the Clusases in the forms to make sure you're good with the provisions also conducting a research on the developer you have an interest in their property
It is bettter you mention areas affected .if the law has termed it illegal then you have every right to create awareness by listing those areas. Incomplete information is not encouraging
