  • This is a prep/mobility exercise to open up the posterior chain as well as warm up the shoulders and core.
    Start by reaching to the ground with knees as straight as possible. Then slowly crawl hands forward until you hit the push up position. Once in the push up position, slowly crawl hands backward towards the toes while trying to minimise excessive torso and pelvic movements.
