I dont understand this. You talk so much about not following rules when eating, yet gives rules on how to eat by using your hands to measure portions. Yes it may look simple, but its still a rule. Because what if you dont use this way of measuring? Just as stressful as counting calories etc

It's more around the precision and thinking required to do precise counting vs learning to judge portion sizes.

How do you have pizza or cake and custard on this plan as you say its not a diet and nothing is restricted. The way you counted the fats and proetins you would be well over the thumb size of fat with those foods 😮

Yes, nothing is restricted. We eat for 2 reasons... Functional and emotional. As long as you eat fictional the majority of the time, it's fine to eat emotional for some of the time - that's the open meal and treats in appropriate amounts. The problem comes when you eat emotionally every day to control your state because then you end up living off processed food. Does that make sense?
Plus, fats yes, but protein is very hard to overeat.

Yes it makes sense, but someone who emotional eats everyday would struggle. Slimming world tell us to eat protein and veg too, to fill up. The emotional bit is the biggest battle

@@uksanaHus8221 yes exactly. And that's precisely why I help my clients fix emotional eating. Unless you do, you're always fighting a losing battle. The video I posted most recently explains more.
What it comes down to is if someone has done all the diets and still not lost weight long term, there's another issue that needs to be fixed - the mind.
