This was the most helpful video because you spoke about the foam making the old gasket stick inside the door. The door seems to open easier than before is this normal? I did the dollar test and the door did make me tug to get it out.

Sometimes the new gasket will just take a week or two to form to the door and seal better. If yours passed the dollar test, you should be good to go.

So what about the foam? I'd think you would have to spray new foam or something?

The new gasket is designed in a way that it does not need to be foamed in place.

The magnets inside the gasket are not replaceable separately, you would have to replace the entire door gasket.
