I tried making this. Really delicious! Works perfectly without gluten too. The cake itself doesn't taste overly sweet, but the chocolate complements it perfectly. Together, they create an irresistible combo.

Ingredients: 30g cake flour 20g cocoa powder 2 eggs 45g sugar 20g melted unsalted butter or cooking oil Large bar of chocolate 1) Preheat your oven to 170°C/ 325°F/ Gas Mark 3/ 150°C (fan) 2) Line an 146x82mm mini loaf tin, with cup paper foil. 3) Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder into a bowl. 4) In another bowl, whisk the eggs and the sugar together until it turns a pale yellow. 5) Add half of the sifted powder and the melted butter/cooking oil to the egg mix and stir until combined. 6) Add the rest of the sifted powder and mix well to avoid lumps. 7) Pour the mix into the loaf tin and hit it down against your surface. 8) Bake for 15 minutes. 9) Preheat your oven to 160°C/ 300°F/ Gas Mark 3/ 140°C (fan) 10) Roughly break the chocolate so it fits in the loaf tin on top of the cake. 11) Bake for a further 10 minutes. 12) While still on the paper foil, lift it out of the loaf tin and transfer to a plate. 13) Let it harden for an hour. 14) Enjoy!

Ok here's an idea...what if you put a white chocolate bar in the middle of the dough and when it is in the oven it melts and gets gooey + the milk or dark chocolate bar on top? 🤤
I tried the recipe, and this cake is really good! I do recommend pre-heating the oven, though! I tried this recipe twice, the first time doing it almost-real time with the video, and the second with pre-heating the oven. The taste and texture was better the second time~
The recipe doesn't call for any, but for a cake this size, I recommend 1/4 tsp each of baking powder and baking soda. You would still need the eggs, as there doesn't appear to be any other moisture content in this cake. Baking powder is not a replacement for eggs and vice versa. (I do recommend you put baking powder in this cake, otherwise you will end up with a very hard cake.)
@@muskanie2055 you could use aquaphaba or egg replacement brands, I don't eat eggs and I just don't add them, even with the baking powder it's not as fluffy as store-bought eggless cake that uses artificial lighteners, but still tasty
