Hi there! Thanks for the great video. Question: I went to modify the columns to include search impression share as well as search top impression share by typing the word "search" in.... and those metrics are nowhere to be found. Has Google changed the terminology/titles of those metrics recently, by chance? Either way, what would you recommend? Thank you!
Hello Dear Aaron. I wanna say thank you for your great content. I'm a newbie a watched all your videos then run campaign, After a week running search and shopping campaign I got an order which make me motivate . I keep watching and leraning more from your videos. Thank you again 😊😊
You say budget is not a factor but my “search lost (budget)” is over 60% for one campaign and like 50% for another campaign. What should I do? I was thinking about increasing the budget. I’ve been running the campaign for a week and a half so no sales yet.
Aaron, a great video and thanks for sharing your insights. I'm new to using Google ads because I never got enough sales. Your measures are tremendous, and you explain them very well. I don't understand how to set up the correct conversions to measure sales as conversion. Because I have set up Purchases, Add to basket, Begin checkout and Pageviews as Conversions. But How do this different types of conversions relate to the measures you explain?
Aaron, great explained... Recently, I have launched new campaign and set up maximize conversion bidding with $350 daily budget with no capping... but I could not get any single impression of that campaign... is there budget issue? Keywords issues? I am targeting 'solutions' related keywords... when I run that campaign on Maximize clicks then then I am getting impressions and click but not in Maximize conversion bidding... Please let me know what should I do...
Hi Sarfraj, I would: - start with Maxmise Clicks - BUT complete a search term audit every 2-3 days adding in extra negative KWs - also start your KWs as broad and then move KWs to phrase or exact when you see that they are getting clicked on (from search terms report) It also sounds like you need to work on your ad copy with some split testing so check out this video: ruclips.net/video/G1nBF8jljeA/видео.html
@@AaronYoungGoogleAds Hi Aaron, I had the same problem. I don't know how to proceed with my ad. I tried looking through your videos to find the answer, luckily I found someone with the same problems in your video review, hope you can give me some suggestions: My campaign has run 22 days and is currently getting 7 conversions, and one of the 5 conversions is in the past 7 days. Google suggested that I could use the Max Conversions bid strategy, so I changed it from Max Clicks to Max Conversions. But 48 hours have passed without any impressions. Should I change the bid strategy back to max clicks? Will this affect my advertising learning? When can I start using the Max Conversions strategy? Hope you can give me some advice. Thanks in advance!
Thanks for this video! However, I still find it very difficult to know how to increase impressions and improve impression share for Performance Max since it’s not visible, any advice on that type of campaings?
Is there a way to know what's the lowest cost/conv. I could have at a certain budget? I have 2 campaigns targeting the same keywords in the same city and one of them is at 10$ per day with a cost/conv. at around 5$, the other is set at 25$ per day and has a cost/conv. of 8$... so the more we raise the budget the more the lead cost us?
I have a client that tells me the budget for each campaign every month. They don’t want me to come up with it, but I need to calculate the daily budget. How do I do this if they have ever changing ad schedules? For example, they say this campaign should have a budget of $1,500, but out of a 31 day month, it will only be scheduled to run 24 days. The following month, the monthly budget they want to spend stays the same, but it might run less or more days that month. Do I just take the budget $1,500 and divide by the average days in a month in a year 30.4 or by the days in each month to be precise? It’s just so much adjusting…
Thank you very much for another great video Aaron❤. When you say that you recommend that we have about or more than 65% IS to start incrementing the budget, what would be the time frame to get the impression share %? 3 months, q month, 1 week, 1 day? Thank you in advance 😊
Thanks Veronica, with that it really is dependent on your campaign niche. So after you have increased the budget check the results and then look to increase again after 7-14 days
This is a great video! But do something different when creating a new campaign. We try to maintain a golden ratio to set up the ideal daily budget. For example, if targeted keywords avg. top page bid is $5 (keyword planner) we try to set a budget at least 5X times than the top page bid. So the daily budget would be $25 at least. That helps us to get enough traction in search results and also in the top search position. As we move forward, we increase the budget based on the campaign performance and also decision comes from search impression share.
If you’re running search campaigns, if your conversion tracking is set in ga4 and gtm w/ GAds ~ and you have 20+ conversions - for target cpa max conversions bid strategy - be sure to have a campaign budget of 5x to 10x your cost per conversion 🎯🎯🎯
Hi. I have a question about daily budget. I ran a Shopping campagin for almost a week and in Status part shows that it's limited by budget. And in recomandation part says that with this budget i dont get any click!!!! What should I do?
Aaron, a great videos, was wondering how to correctly setup if there is no real conversion value/cost for a service because , there are no products but a service and it can vary from between $90 - $5000 for the same service
But how do we lower our cost/conv. to a level that we are comfortable with?? I mean I'd want my cost to be 1$ per conversion but obviously that can't happen... Is there a way to reduce our cost per conversion with a high budget? it seems like the higher the budget, the higher the cost
I have a similar question so I thought jumping on your thread might help to get it answered. So are you saying you want you impression share to be between 10-20% by increasing the daily budget then once you hit this metric you can do your optimising? Does having your impression share at 10-20% simply mean you have enough budget in the campaign to support your optimising to come?
Hey Arjun, yes I do. In fact the next Live Group Coaching + Q&A session is all about how to get new clients and I will also share my presentation. I would love to see you in the community www.definedigitalacademy.com/10x-google-ads-community#section-1606249275796
Optimization score has about 3% affect on your CTR going up and down. Get a decent sample size of 15 to 25 days to look at in your data - see when the decline happened…. Did you change budget - did you change creative or images or bidding strategy - locations? Do you have negative keywords building in a list - do you have a placement exclusion list? Tons of. Hi Patrick, I look at 30 days or more

So we want a “low search impression share”,? Or did you say it backwards at about min 9

Hello and thanks for your video. If impression share is such an important metric for budgeting, what about pmax campaigns where IS is not displayed?
Hi Aaron, after adding the search impr share etc it doesn’t have any data is it just a waiting game for data to show up?

Hello, make sure that your daily budget is at least 10x the average CPC for the keywords that you are targeting

What should be starting budget for google ad I m beginner aaron
Is it normal for Roas to dramatically drop for about a week after changing the budget?
How to increase the search. impression share? By upping the bid for the specific keyword? or increasing the whole bid or daily budget?
