Why don't all TV remotes function like a mouse pointer in the first place? It's 2022. What are they doing? The Wii console had this in 2006 already. Simple technology and it worked perfectly.
Does this work on gaming monitors?
Would there be a way of using one airmouse to control more than one device? I have an LG smart tv with firetv stick plugged in. Would be good to be able to use one airmouse to control both without unplugging and replugging the dongle.

you need to check if its buttons have learning feture from another remote throgh infrared , if it have this feture you can programe it from the orignal samsung tv remote after that you can use it outside the browser with infrared and in the browser through the usb dongle.
TIPS not mentioned: some remotes have a rechargeable battery and backlight. Also, some remotes need to be turned ON in order to start using them.

To everyone who thinks this thing can act as a remote changing channels etc...........NO, it can't,..It's a mouse and keyboard...Period. however you can adjust the volume with it.

You just plug the little receiver into your devices usb port...Say 3 Hail Mary's.... press the red button on the air mouse and wave it at the screen and you should see the pointer.....Oh, and don't forget to charge the air mouse with a micro-usb charger first.
