It is frustrating when the Help instructions don't match with the machine. I have an HP 4200 printer but the control panel is different from the one in the video. When I press Power On plus Cancel nothing happens and a message appears on the info screen on the printer that says "Enter special key combo". No way to know what that is. If I try printing a test page from the computer I get the message on the computer "Clear the error message..." I notice that the line above this post says "Learn how to fix a carriage jam on the HP Deskjet F4210, F4213, F4235, F4240, F4272, F4275, F4280, F4283, or F4288 All-in-One printer." even though the headline says 42OO. Do you actually test your instructions on all the printers mentioned and keep them up to date through model changes? If not then you are just adding to customer frustration and dissatisfaction.
