I knew you would appreciate this. Moments of this make me have "Dutch Pride". We aren't really patriotic like the Americans (and to a lesser extend the Canadians for what I have seen) but when we shine... We call it looking with Orange glasses.
4:12 Observe the glorious flatness of my Country (North America has areas 3 or 4 times the size of my country that are as flat if not flatter and totally empty but sure... the Netherlands is the flat country :P )
7:10 As you mentioned this is indeed Liam. I am absolutely impressed with this young man and hope he will get a real shot in F1 next year. But following Liam is not the same thing as following Max.
8:33 Although I agree with that take, the amount of bureacratic sht they have to go through makes it way to complicated and expensive. Even introducing this as a feature (something the FIA said they will take in consideration) is difficult. Remember, they do this on an empty circuit, if there are 400k people there, any mishap can be a a severe accident or worse, a fatality. (You don't want a drone hitting your head with 150mph.)
11:15 the following lap is actually quite impressive (besides the drone footage) as this was the first time the RB was running in anger in the rain. Testing out a new car is difficult as it is, doing a "show run" in the rain with such a car.. I mean, as an F1 fan it gives me chills.
12:12 The drone team got somewhat lucky with the speed. On a dry track this lap had been at least 20 seconds quicker if not more. I really hope they redo it in dry conditions sometime soon.
If you gonna watch this weekend remember it is a Sprint weekend. So now they have FP1, later today they have qualification for the sprint. Then tomorrow the Sprint later in the day followed by Quali for Sunday.
