If the retail shareholders and HNIs are applying just for selling on listing day then who is actually buying these shares on listing day, becoz untill there are buyers then forget gain, it should open at loss (due to all retail and HNIs wanting to sell)!! So buying must be done by QIBs then right? and why will QIBs buy at 2x the price (100% gain) if the price is not justified?
