AVN is a different problem .. isme bone collapse hone se cartilage damage hota hai .. AVN is a disease of bone and not of cartilage
What is the recovery period after this surgery? After how many days a person can start walking?
it depends from patient to patient .. most of our patients can do it very comfortably at 4 weeks of surgery .. please remember that you need to check with your surgeon if that’s allowed for you or not. Can after HA injection plus prp can regrow cartilage??

We don’t use HA injection .. its success rates are not very good .. PRP injection reduces pain in most of the cases but it’s not proven if it leads to cartilage regrowth

Usually if it’s moderate or severe arthritis then we just try to protect the remaining cartilage but it doesn’t grow back 🙏
