This hit me way harder than Sasuke's backstory tbh.
It's the same with me. I think it's because Sasuke's story was brutal and cold... that shocked me, but I couldn't cry. But in Naruto's case it was so sad but hearthwarming to me at the same time and made me tear up. I don't maybe I personally cry more easily on touching things like this.

Minato is such a nice guy
ehm not really, he kinda doomed Naruto to be alone and hated by the whole village. He knew that jinchuriki are treated like trash and used as weapons. Naruto turned out to be the person that he is just because he is the protagonist, if not, he would have been worse than sasuke.

well, they could had sealed the Nine Tails back in Kushina and then Naruto would have both of his parents alive...
Even if Minato had only sealed half of the Nine Tails in Kushina, he could had taught the Third, who was right there, the signs for the sealing jutsu (after all, he did learn the Reaper's seal jutsu just by watching Minato do the signs right there) so he could seal the other half in either Kushina or even in Naruto.
Then they all would still be alive.
But that wouldn't work in order to give Naruto a sad backstory, and the start (or even, all) of the story would be completely different.

He believed in him isn’t that enough. It’s not like his intuition was wrong, Naruto turned out to accomplish & live up to minato’s wishes, it was a huge gamble but it worked. He controlled the kyuubi’s chakra, defeated the masked man & became the saviour of the world.

Minato is one of the adults that cried the most in this entire series. He cries almost as much as Naruto, but if I was responsible for providing the heavy feels in this show, I'd cry too.

I am impressed that even this did not make Curtis cry. I've seen this many times and still I cried this time. But you could tell this episode got to him, he cut it short at the end. Glad that this series has grown so much on you Curtis!

Well that was a tear jerker of an episode holy shit, haven't gotten hit that hard in the feels since lees fight agsinst gaara, or zabuza and haku, even gaara and chiyo, or asumas death ( ive only watched up until pain by myself so this is new to me )
When something literally leaves curtis speechless, you know that shit hurt
This episode is brutal, man it hits you HARD in the feels with two of my favorite characters: Minato and Kushina.

One of the hardest scenes in the show to watch is Kushina giving Naruto her last goodbyes. Utterly heartbreaking

Wow Curtis, you got pretty choked up. That was my exact reaction when I first saw this too. Without a doubt probably the most emotional backstory in the series besides Itachi's. Kishimoto really knows how to tug on your heartstrings.
First time I watched this i was destroyed for weeks. Also Old Man sama remember Kushinas words to Naruto. One of the saddest moments of the series comes from that

This is his best and most emotional reaction thus far. The truth of itachi, jiraiyas death and chojis "death" are the only things so far that have come close
And don’t forget the guy who even surprised Madara. You know when Kabuto showed the reanimation jutsu. A certain person surprised Madara.

when i first saw this episode last year , when she was giving him those motherly advises i cried so hard, I'm not talking about getting misty or tears, i was bawling ! i could barely hear or see anything cuz i was making so much noise!
she was just giving him some motherly advise that every child gets, she was just trying her best to feel like a mother for a few seconds and give naruto a very short experience of motherly concern! it was just so pure! i love naruto so much and he deserved this so so much . . .

I seem to remember a part I think was edited out of this video. Before his death, Minato asked Lord Third (Hiruzen Sarutobi) to take care of Naruto. He gave Naruto an apartment and a stipend, told no one that Naruto was Lord Fourth’s son (to protect him from assassins, which is probably also why he had his mom’s family name instead of his dad’s) and forbade the village to talk about about the nine tails to the next generation.
One of my favorite episodes despite me not being a fan at all of getting my feels mushed. Incredible writing on Kishimoto's part.

I just found this channel and I gotta say: these react videos are freaking amazing! They make me remember how I used to feel watching these episodes for the first time... When Madara was talking about not being at full power, he had meant the injuries he received in his battle with the FIRST Hokage. Remember, in this franchise losing an arm is like nothing to ninja ;p

THIS. This is the reason why I prefer quality English dubs over Japanese dubs. Being an American it was hard for me to experience the emotional weight of this scene while reading and hearing words that I don't understand. The English dub voice actress made me feel the true emotion of this scene. Her voice soft and calming but with a subtle rasp and hoarseness as she put all of her faith and love into her son. It breaks my heart every time. Even though my mother is alive and well, it's almost like kushina is speaking to me, because i experience this show through naruto, so it feels like I'm losing my own mom.
I forgot how powerful that scene was! Fighting tears is hard.

Actually Curtis Madara specificly said it was during his fight with the 1st hokage that caused his injury so him losing his arm to Minato isn't the injury he was talking about that is not a spoiler because Madar has already said that it was the 1st hokage.
I've seen this episode I dont even know how many times, but it still hits me the same way everytime.
No story gets to my feels as much as Naruto
Imagine yourself in naruto shoes growing up with out your parents and have to deal with a village full of people that hate you naruto and his parents backstory really gets you and you can’t help but cry
Minato and Kushina really take being impaled in stride. You'd think critical damage to your lungs would make it hard to leave final words verbally.
