I am a chemist but I grew up in a family of brick layers. My father, his brother, my older brother and one cousin were all brick layers and it it is incredible how much you know about chemistry and math on a very primitive level. You are a very smart person. I love your videos, keep them coming. Where did you learn to make and slack lime? My Dad told me a story of a friend of his that was taking a wagon load of cooked limestone to a market somewhere in Texas and while on the trip he ran into a rain storm. Since the limestone had not been slacked (hydrated) the rain caused the rocks to heat up so much that the wagon caught on fire and burned up. He was just barely able to unhook the team of mules in time to save them. It looks like the rain would have put the fire out but I didn't think of that when I was little or I would have ask him about it.

Anyone think it would be viable to use this primitive cement to make a wheel for a wheelbarrel? could use any number of trees/branches/bamboo as a replaceable axle, the frame, and a well woven basket? Could even use the bamboo to make a bearing between the axle and wheel. I was inspired by Fred Fltinstone :D

Your bricks are looking better and better! By the way, when mortaring bricks together, it's better to *not* have a smooth surface of mortar underneath the bricks. If you spread it with a chopping kind of motion the mortar will grab onto the bottom of the bricks much better and they will nestle into the mortar better. You can also spread some mortar on the end of each new brick you put down, where it will key into the one you just put down. It reduces the amount you need to touch up. All up to you though, just suggestions!

Is the time weirdly speedy for anyone else on this video? And to everyone saying that this is a copy, well, even if it was a copy (which I don't really think it is), I'd love to see more copies of this sort of thing. Did people yell and cry when the second and third and thirtieth video blogs started? Maybe. Does anyone cry and whine now? No. How about LPers, gamers. See anyone complaining about copying people? I surely don't. I want to see this kind of channel become like gaming channels and blog channels and more, because at the very least, this is productive for more than just entertainment.

I guess the same question could be asked, how could the mighty U.S.S.R. have ever had there ass'es handed to them when some poor ass country called Afghanistan back in the 1980's and small factions of locale armies. You don't always need the newest and best thing out there to complete a task. but simply drive and pride. translated for you: Я думаю, тот же вопрос можно было бы спросить, как мог могучий У.С.Р. когда-либо когда-либо там там быть ослами, которые были переданы им, когда некоторая бедная задница стала называться Афганисстан еще в 1980-х годах и небольшими фракциями местных армий. Вам не всегда нужно самое новое и лучшее, что нужно для выполнения задачи. а просто драйв и гордость.
