    I’m finding this is my go to exercise routine when I’m low on energy, but want to keep getting stronger. In a shorter amount of time I can work all areas and feel really good at the end. Rosalie, what would I do without you! ❤

    If I am not in shape and want to do the 10/20. Is it ok to do less resistance and start doing as many as I can? Thanks
