Wow, this is the first time I've ever seen Sona team up with Conan one hundred percent against Gourley. They have such a hilarious dynamic when they're both focused on the same thing. We need more Cosona vs Gourley!

Conan's "I KNOW, but I.... fucked up" followed by Sona's look/laugh made me crack up
that and "btw... a real honor working with both of you" while Sona & Matt devolve into "der" voices at each other 😂 love this show, wish the whole podcast was video - just started listening to the full episodes, but really this is where the gold is (you three)!
The best! Sona and Matt acting like kids making googly sounds at each other, with Conan as Dad looking on! These three always make me feel like I’m 10 years old, hanging out in the yard with my knucklehead friends…perfection 😂

I think Matt's sandwich is more of a standard slider kind of a sandwich, the kind you can just get at any time. You have to be in the mood for a corn beef or a gyro, a slider you can eat everyday

Burgers are so ubiquitous and 75% of them are underwhelming, or average. If the corned beef is on point, I’d eat that anytime, over a burger but I’m Irish and Russian Jewish so maybe that’s just me.
If I was still eating mammalians regularly, I could eat gyro daily. Wouldn't say the same for burgers...assuming we mean bovine.
His Sandwich isn't a slider. A slider is a small sandwich/burger basically on a dinner-roll sized bun. His is full-sized on a Hawaiian bun.

The Matty Melt stole my girl, wrecked my car, and taught my cat to talk..in a language I don’t speak! 0/10. (But would probably eat again, I’ve got nothing left to lose)
I don't want to spoil the rest of it in case someone reads this before watching so I'll just write the first part of the sentence. When Sona said, "If you hate America..." I lost it. I laughed so hard I almost spat out my edible. 😜 Seriously, everyone on the show is great, but we need more Sona!
Given that "chum" can mean "slurry of fish guts," "Chilled Chum" sounds like a disgusting name for a drink. 😂

I just checked out the menu and now I think I’m going to order the Matty Melt. It likely out sold Conan and Sona’s sandwiches because (1) Conan’s sandwich doesn’t have a photo posted on the delivery sites, (2) Sona’s is the most expensive out of the three options but likely the least filling, and (3) Matty’s sandwich looks and sounds absolutely delicious and worth the price point.
Matt's right about Hawaiian bread. I like a lot of different kinds of bread but hawaiian is so good. Would order a sandwich to try it based on that alone.
It's like the three of them are in the back seat and I am driving cross country on a vacation.

"Rich Little’s Next Gig? I try to stay away from writing about bathroom issues, but I have a colleague who’s nuts about this one: Fluidmaster Inc. of Anaheim held a contest Wednesday to see who can best imitate the sound of a flushing toilet. First prize was $1,000.
The whole idea behind it was to promote water savings, by getting people to repair leaky toilets. Fluidmaster, a manufacturer of toilet tank repair parts, claims that one leaky toilet can waste enough water after one year to fill a swimming pool.

Don't worry about it. Gyros taste sweaty. Corned beef is great if your in the mood but have it on its own. And patty melts are great but sweet Hawaiian bread isn't good with everything.

Haha I’d probably order the Matty melt too. I know what a corned beef sandwich and gyros taste like. But I’ve never experienced a patty melt on Hawaiian bread. Which really IS the best bread ever. Also I think matty melt is just fun to say.

They need to organize a blind taste test by a group of customers where the customers are not told beforehand which sandwich is which. That is the only fair way to settle this important argument! :)

I think Hawaiian bread does come in other shapes and sizes, maybe not at all grocery stores carry it. I usually see narrow buns, often a meant to be eaten warmed with some butter spread on it.

Had to look up Hawaiian bread. Google says it's the same thing as Portuguese sweet bread. If it is, that's a bit too cakey for a sandwich in my book.
They all sound good but yeah, I'd get the Matty Melt if I was there once.
Sona scared me with the "sprinkling" effect as if the meat was cubed. Recently visited Hawaii where I encountered this sacrilege for the first time and discovered the whole place thinks the gyro is any kind of meat in pita. Of course it didn't work - there was no favor in the center of the cubes and tasted more like eating a steak in pita than a gyro thin shaved off a vertical rotisserie. Only ever lived in Chicago and Boston but never in my life encountered a place cubing it till Hawaii.
I let this run as i got a drink from the kitchen quick convo and walk back to "If you hate America buy our sandwiches!"
