I find it hard to believe that a lawyer who knows the law and importance of contracts didn't think it was necessary to write one when getting to a joint venture. he says their relationship was friendship and business, Komen wasn't his friend till he approached him to be his lawyer, so I don't see friendship here other than totally business. it's a shame this lawyer took advantage of Komen's naivety and milked the guy dry. karma is real Mr Terer.
