Bree Porter Shining Star 2024

Meet Bree Porter our July Shining Star!
I would like to nominate Bree Porter, RN, Kewanee Clinic. Yesterday she went above and beyond for a patient. We had to draw a specific lab test that had to be ran within four hours from time of lab draw. It was 3 in the afternoon and we weren't sure the specimen would make it back to the hospital in the 4-hour time frame. Bree took it upon herself to take the labs to the hospital so it could be run on time. That is fantastic patient care!

I nominate Bree Porter for Shining Star as she demonstrates day after day teamwork, compassion, and integrity. Bree is always willing to help where help is needed in a prompt manner. She is always helping by teaching methods to do things better. In the midst of chaos and changes in the past few months she has helped the Kewanee Clinic stay afloat with her teamwork and compassion.
