I agree with you, Andrew. That's why I share my FBI agent with about a dozen other people. Unlike you, who is fortunate enough to have a dedicated team of FBI agents all to yourself.
That is the fundamental weakness of the U.S. Constitution in not having laid out a clear method to punish people and entities for violating it. There needs to be a need Amendment pushed to make a clear statement on punishment, because the actual “Fangs” - the People - have long been neutered.
Long post short, I don't believe that laws prohibiting the ownership of anything that can't be described as (having been) animate or sentient to an adult of sound (responsible/accountable) mind and body. If the person is currently inebriated/under the influence of something, perhaps not at that moment, but once that's not the case anymore the right should be restored. And before anyone says "what about violent people/criminals" people who are defined by not caring about the law won't care, and if someone can't be trusted around people, the access to people should be limited, once those no longer apply, their rights should be returned. Save for S.O.'s and similar persons, I hope I don't have to explain why.
Question, honest... Double tap "fire squeeze, fire release" triggers... can you Squeeze, then switch it over to single shot and let go without shooting the second shot? Any "way" to prevent shot, or is the only way to hold back the bolt while slowly letting it forward 'depending on the firearm' ?

I kid I kid it’s more like my itch teets from all the gmo micro plastics soy milk or the fluoride water the FDA is shoving down our gullets. Ain’t government grand. 🙄🤦♂️🤙🏻
The best part about the Texas law is they don't actually define what a "race track" is. It's supposed to mean a horse track where there's betting, but of course they left it vague so I could mean a NASCAR track😅.
I rarely comment on these things, but there is finally a subject that I can't remain silent on. What the hell was that derringer looking thing, and where the hell can I get one?
I remember a few events in Texas that caused some bad gun laws. A guy shooting women comes to mind. Though that was long ago, he might have been dealing with the same BS we are dealing with today. Hard to say what triggered him.
The Luby's cafeteria shooting led to the repeal of some gun control laws. Suzanna Gratia Hupp was there and left her gun in her car to comply with the law.
I missed the part in the constitution where machine guns were not allowed? I didn’t miss the infringements for paying an Illegal “Tax” to keep weapons governments wants to limit. Perplexed that any agency thinks they can limit rights.
A few things 1) Hawaii IS a monarch, they were unlawfully & illegally forced into the union and it was never ratified by their king & Queen see the UN ruling the SCOTUS had ignored based on a parking ticket 2) nullification is the rightful remedy Wish would you say if the SCOTUS said guns are not an individual right?
I've asked many a liberal if they knew when gun control started, none of them have known, I've asked if they knew what guns were restricted and why they were restricted, they only knew machine guns were restricted, but not why, I've asked about suppressors (aka, silencers) being restricted and why, they didn't know,. This all comes down to hunting. When American soldiers came back from WW1 we were in the middle of a depression, the cheapest guns anyone could buy were U.S. military surplus guns that were no longer needed following WW1, that included rifles, sub-machine guns, and pistols. Hunters bought the rifles to feed their families, the criminals bought the pistols and sub-machine guns to further their criminal empires, the silencers had just been invented by "silencerco" (that was the name of the company that invented the "silencer", which wasn't ever silent, it was just a muffler). When the criminals started using the guns for crimes it became an issue, but nothing was done about it, when the hunters started shooting deer to feed their families it became an issue but little was done about it, when the hunters began using silencers to become harder to catch poaching the U.S. governments deer...then it became an issue. You see, the U.S. government began to ration meat during the depression, then they began to ration hunting tags for deer, then they stopped granting hunting licenses of any kind, because the government sold hunting rights to the meat producing companies, so hunting became illegal,, and the government enacted the 1934 National Firearms Act, which banned Suppressors, and machine guns to stop the criminals from committing crimes and the hunters from feeding their families without the governments taxes. The HUNTING OF DEER WAS MORE OF A SERIOUS CRIME TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THAN THE CRIMINALS KILLING PEOPLE.

When Texas passed Constitutional carry, one change was that instead of hospitals being able to put up signs and ban carry, now it's a blanket ban. So when one of my close friends was dying of cancer, I "couldn't" and therefore "didn't" carry an LCP in my pocket whenever I visited him.
Since the inception of Hawaii they have always had gun control,it's literally in there state constitution. The only thing I can come up with is the monarchy in Hawaii has always been scared of its own population and still is.
In Arizona, you can't conceal carry in a bar if you're not a CCW holder, and then you can only conceal carry if you're not drinking. There are a few other items that AZ does that I think Texas should take a page from.
You can carry concealed or openly with or without a permit in AZ. But you must have a permit to carry in an establishment that serves alcohol for consumption because that law was written before permitless carry.
@@josedorsaith5261 We have constitutional carry in Arizona but it’s restrictive on where you can carry, same with open carry. Having your CCW is a boon in my opinion… plus I don’t want somebody to know I’m carrying because it’s a tool of last defense, not something to try to get somebody to pick a fight with me. Plus CCW holders don’t have to do background checks when you go to buy a new gun! Point at a gun and grunt like a caveman, hand over card, out in like 20 minutes depending on how fast you can type.
so why would i sell my Firearms ( back ) to someone who never sold it to me in the first place ? do i not have to run a Background check in the Buyer ? What if AFT considers me as a FFL, by selling those Firearms ?

Under TX concealed carry law, you can’t carry a gun, even with a concealed weapon permit, at race tracks where betting is allowed, primarily horse racing tracks and dog tracks (I didn’t know we had dog tracks, but it is a big state). I figured back when TX was TX they probably had a case or two where someone cheated, and someone settled things the way they did back in the old saloon days with card sharks. TX also has another provision where you can’t carry: within so many yards of a state prison facility within a 24 hour window of a planned execution. Bet there’s some good back stories on that

You know what to do.
Not me thinking said "AK guru" was Brandon Herrera
Now that Hawaii has set the precedent that the federal government can be ignored…
NewYorRico is not far behind in it's persuit of Gulag status.
To be fair, patrons of the bar shouldn't be allowed to carry guns during the hours the bar is serving alcohol.
Not the first time it’s the “co-defendant” that testified about a class 3 distributor, unlicensed or not. Usually when the “co-defendant” does something stupid and gets arrested with an unregistered silencer or machine gun
Another wonderful episode totally enjoyed 😊
Cut all federal money to Hawaii until they they realize they dont run the show. I promise it wont take long at all.
Hi, what's the "device" called that looks like a mini double barrel shotgun? It's at 7:40 in.
I have no idea but I want it.
I agree with you, Andrew. That's why I share my FBI agent with about a dozen other people.
Unlike you, who is fortunate enough to have a dedicated team of FBI agents all to yourself.
ManBearPig, Wendigo, and Skinwalkers…
Someone watches Wendigoon…🤣
ManBearPig is real......for serial....
Eh. Don't really need NV to see skinwalkers. Just turn on CSPAN.
Continued membership in these United States should require state compliance with our Constitution.
That is the fundamental weakness of the U.S. Constitution in not having laid out a clear method to punish people and entities for violating it.
There needs to be a need Amendment pushed to make a clear statement on punishment, because the actual “Fangs” - the People - have long been neutered.
Does trading a g-g-ghost gun for $150 gift card violate the ATF's FFL rule? Are the buyers violating it too?
Yes. If you decide you do not want to fire anymore after pressing the trigger, just rotate the selector to safe before releasing.
Please stop the jump cuts 4:20 there's been like 15 so far it's annoying and distracting
Haha, entertaining stuff. Keep up the solid work!
I don’t ever remember long guns being illegal to carry in your vehicle. Must have been before my time.
He said loaded long guns
Loaded long guns. It's hard to keep up with all the gun control laws in Texas.
Rodeo Drive. Reminds me of Mighty Ducks 2 haha

Thank you.
@@ARFCOMNews Absolutely not, THANK YOU!!! 👍👍👍
Your right to defend yourself is not dependent on location.
Evidence to prove laws apply is more worser than fuzzy.
Let’s go voluntary.
Remove the Hawaii Supreme Court Judge from the bench and place him in prison.
I think it’s funny that we used to not be allowed to carry in church but growing up every man at our church had one
Live free or die
I can’t find my ghost guns. I can’t even find the ghost that took them. 🤔 can I get charged for not turning in what doesn’t exist?
I am worried because they want to come after our unrealized capital gains and I didn’t realize I had these ghost guns.
Oh 😱 maybe that’s what I keep tripping over in the morning on my way to the bathroom. Heck I thought it was just my big thingy escaping its holding cell. I kid I kid it’s more like my itch teets from all the gmo micro plastics soy milk or the fluoride water the FDA is shoving down our gullets. Ain’t government grand. 🙄🤦♂️🤙🏻
I see your friendly ghost lost your guns in a boating accident... shame about them ghost boating accidents.
Time to put the judge in jail ! It’s call treason 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The best part about the Texas law is they don't actually define what a "race track" is. It's supposed to mean a horse track where there's betting, but of course they left it vague so I could mean a NASCAR track😅.
The AK Guru was just practicing his faith and spreading the word of the Lord. Luke 22:36
I rarely comment on these things, but there is finally a subject that I can't remain silent on. What the hell was that derringer looking thing, and where the hell can I get one?
I want one too!!! Please!
Any youtuber using clickbait to get views deserves a unsub
Thanks for the engagement!
A few things
1) Hawaii IS a monarch, they were unlawfully & illegally forced into the union and it was never ratified by their king & Queen see the UN ruling the SCOTUS had ignored based on a parking ticket
2) nullification is the rightful remedy
Wish would you say if the SCOTUS said guns are not an individual right?
What was that moment of zeen thing and where can i get 1 or 7
I've asked many a liberal if they knew when gun control started, none of them have known, I've asked if they knew what guns were restricted and why they were restricted, they only knew machine guns were restricted, but not why, I've asked about suppressors (aka, silencers) being restricted and why, they didn't know,.
Made me LOL again! The leisure lounge lead-up was awesome!
When you mentioned the A.K. Guru being arrested and showing a pic of a man with some of the best hair in the world, my chub went away. and at my age it still hasn't come back
Gotta say, that's a creative way to get government paid hospice care for end of life living! Kudos to him for advanced thinking 😊
When Texas passed Constitutional carry, one change was that instead of hospitals being able to put up signs and ban carry, now it's a blanket ban. So when one of my close friends was dying of cancer, I "couldn't" and therefore "didn't" carry an LCP in my pocket whenever I visited him.
Texas does NOT have "constitutional carry." NO state honors real constitutional carry. Stop being so gullible.
Since the inception of Hawaii they have always had gun control,it's literally in there state constitution. The only thing I can come up with is the monarchy in Hawaii has always been scared of its own population and still is.

Now that is a fidget spinner!
Every politician and enforcement person takes an oath. The moment they violate that oath, they need to be removed and prosecuted.
In Arizona, you can't conceal carry in a bar if you're not a CCW holder, and then you can only conceal carry if you're not drinking. There are a few other items that AZ does that I think Texas should take a page from.
Can't carry without a loicense? Pathetic 😂
Arms should not be infringed, irregardless of two, three, five, etc... positions on selector
Where can I find one of them fidget widgets?
I wonder if turning in Sig grip modules as ghost guns would work?
4:17 Newport and Black & Mild was my favorite cigarette/cigar brands back when i used to smoke 👍
They won't do one of those "gun buybacks" near me because they know I have a Kel-Tech PF9 I cannot in good faith trade in.
I want that fidget in the "moment of zen"
you can't show us a clip like that without a link in the dooblydoo
@@sultanofsick absolutely! Its a communist act of aggression!!
Go Bigger punk, and its 995.00. No thanks
So shouldn't the case get dropped as this is the wrong jurisdiction, should be the ATF
my state outlawed binary triggers as of the 1st of the year so will franklin armory have buyback for their triggers
The state should reimburse you.
What is that moment of zen? I need it. And I don't go to racetracks
Did you see the man with a long record of violence & mental illness snipes his neighbor thru his throat the police didnt arrest him because he was too dangerous so the let him remain in his house.
Bet there’s some good back stories on that
Grayhound tracks. Yup we have at least one, i drove past it.
Thank you Gov Abbot and Attorney General Ken Paxton for your work in securing back our 2A freedoms. They've bucked the good-ol-boy Texas rhino party for a while now and followed their oath to preserve and defend the constitution.
What the hell was that little gun at the end, was that real or a fidget thingy? Oh and where can I buy it?
Only sensitive place I've carried in, was appendix when I was skinny enough to do it. Had full size glock 17, which i still own, use and carry. I hate the rules in Texas that you must carry with a snap or safety on holster or shoulder holster.
So take 5 $25 hardware store shotguns, and trade them for $900 in gift cards. Then buy a PSA Dagger and a Mossberg 500 and be completely set up for home defense and EDC.
Not to be confused with the AK guy, who has his licenses and ran for Texas senate.
How in the heck did I NOT know about this channel until today?? BRA fucking VO! Subscribed.
What year did they change the meaning of "ghost gun"?
Never even heard of the "ak guru" before this. Lol

So, the lower court is continuing to show us how noncompliance is OK?
Based.
They don't sound too concerned. I would think that dangerous guns would demand a higher price.
Haw-hooey? Cut off their Spam shipments until they get their mind right.
