lol everybody tells me that😂the hiring process for me was quick & simple, after completing the hiring questions online they had me do an online interview (with pre-recorder questions) which only took the manager a few hours to review & i was hired ! it might’ve been the way i was answering the questions . i should’ve went more in depth in the video, sorry about that !

Love this! This vlog was nostalgic for me. I used to be an ETL-HR and later a HRBP for Target. 10% is better than when I was there. We got 5% upfront, but if we opened a red card and use that for purchase, then we could get an additional 5% I believe (10%). This was ages ago.

@@sincerelyabriii okay so I quit after a few months because they treated me really poorly and because the constant shoplifting and as so bad and stressful and we had no security. It absolutely wasn’t for me but this was only my experience on the sales floor.

It depends what time your shift is. You clock in at the start of your shift, then clock out at the end of it ☺️
