lol everybody tells me that😂the hiring process for me was quick & simple, after completing the hiring questions online they had me do an online interview (with pre-recorder questions) which only took the manager a few hours to review & i was hired ! it might’ve been the way i was answering the questions . i should’ve went more in depth in the video, sorry about that !
Love this! This vlog was nostalgic for me. I used to be an ETL-HR and later a HRBP for Target. 10% is better than when I was there. We got 5% upfront, but if we opened a red card and use that for purchase, then we could get an additional 5% I believe (10%). This was ages ago.
