I will never forget my mom and I were at the mall and these two elderly men were playing checkers and they both looked up and started singing this song to me. I don't know who was laughing harder my mom or myself. Sad to say you can't do that today or you'll get arrested for sexual harassment...times sure have changed 😊🙃 I miss the old days were people all got along 😢
My handi cap sister loved this song. When we played it for her all the time and we had to keep redoing it because she would scream when it ended until we did. She would lay there laughing and clicking her teeth the whole time. At her funeral in 2008 we played it just for our girl😉 All of us love it as well. I tear up thinking of her up in heaven being able to dance for the first time in her heavenly life to it when she hears it now 😉💖 Thank you for such a wonderful song and bringing joy in her life.
This song reminds me so much of my daddy. I've only listened to it a handful of times since he passed. I remember washing his truck with him and dancing to it, I couldn't have been over 5.
We played this in High School Marching Band. We had to memorize ALL our music or U DID NOT March. The year we got this one I knew my Daddy was gonna love that his "Baby" was going to play it & He DID! R.I.P. Daddy
Haha, hiermee maak je mij zo blij. Ik moet hierom lachen. Lieve schat ik ben zo ontzettend moe op mijn hartchakra. Ik houd zoveel van jou en ik wil zoo supergraag bij jou zijn lieve schat van mij!
when that line comes up, "she's not to blame if they look her way. she ain't really trying to cause a scene." lol that's true! people can't help what they look like. sometimes girls don't even try to get attention and people still look at them 😀
I think this song means . It's just a song about how beautiful some people are . He appreciates her beauty in her blue jeans . She can't help it if , she feels out a pair of blue jeans . People are taking a glimpse . She is causing traffic jams . But she ain't doing nothing wrong . Baby's Got Her Blue Jeans On
This song reminds me of my gfriends Autumn Hutchens - we women & men both stop and soak her in with our eyes- she’s a scrumptious human being- I love you Audi Lou!
Your lyrics come up too late for someone trying to sing along....You're wondering , HOW DOES THE NEXT VERSE START???!!!....If they already know the song, they don't need the lyrics anyway...
Because his voice was kinda deep. I was only like 5 years old at the time and deep voices and hard music scared me. I know it's silly but I was an easily scared child. My cousin convinced me that when an alarm clock went off (the kind that beeps), if you were down on the floor, a monster would come out from under the bed or couch and drag you under, so you had to get up on something immediately. If I was on the floor when that alarm went off, I'd jump up and dive onto the couch or bed.
@@fubukifangirl LOL, I can relate to you (your comment)....I was 11 years old when a song called "Stranger In My House", by Ronnie Milsap was released. _That_ song scared me. Of course now that I'm an adult, I know he meant that his girlfriend/wife's personality had changed and he suspected she was cheating on him, but at 11 years old, I interpreted the lyrics as there was a stranger or intruder in his house, lol. 😱 Also.....the video for "Mr. Roboto" by Styx came out in 1983 (same year as "Stranger in my house" and the Mr. Roboto video scared me. I found it very creepy, & _still_ do, lol.
