Someone's probably noticed this before me but I just realized that the midas's dooms day device is just a really big hand held rift device
I noticed this second we saw the portal device and I literally called it”The Midas Gun”for a week.

I just thought about this, in chapter 2 season 4 the collector's museum was on an icy mountain area I think that was foreshadowing the ice king all along

@@Isaiahdemon well it's a long shot for this to be foreshadowing, he did have the eggs but idk really, the fortnite storyline is just complicated, we have to buy comics just to see the storyline, before the storyline came with battle pass but now it's disappointing 😞 we get bunch of useless secret storyline skins Indiana Jones? Like where does he fit in with a bunch of marvel characters in the comic storyline, im just getting off topic here

@@vertexvortex5 well think about this is, not all collabs have something to do with the storyline, while there are some collab skins that were or now part of the storyline for example back in season 4 we had iron man, and he was making the battle buses to help stop galactus and the rest of the marvel skins in the battle pass were storyline, and vader is part of a storyline considering he is looking for a sith holacron, so not all skins that are in the game are storyline fortnite is a huge metaverse at this point..
I'm always super impressed by the production quality and effort that go into these Zero War story breakdowns! Can't believe whole maps were made to illustrate specific panels! That ice castle and the Mech, so awesome! Respect to all involved!
as somebody who loved season 7 im happy the ice king isn't completely ignored
I'm confused about how the mech is still in its original state and yet their off to defeat IO. My theory is that when everyone gets back to the island they clash with Dr. Doom which results in the mech losing two legs and an arm, and then maybe a time skip happens to when the Ice Moon base is built and the mech has the colours and lasers it had in the Collision event and then from there is the remainder of the comic. I HOPE that's the case because if not that would make a big plot hole in the lore.
Umm, you do know these comics were created before the collision event, the comic writers had no idea that the whole color change was gonna happen.

I just got my copy and read it last night. And to be frank im a little let down by this one. While its lore and the climax at the end was interesting at best. I felt it gave us questions more than answers and seems to retcon a lot of stuff that was already well established in the game. Like how the mech has its two arms back.

I’m confused about the plot hole with the mech. When Foundation, Iron man, and Paradigm we’re rebuilding the mech, how did they get the original arm back that was ripped off? And why is it when we first saw the mech in the lobby screen in chapter 3 season 2, it’s missing both its legs?

The Drift arm part is definitely a plot hole. As for the lobby screen, it’s legs were attached later. They probably made repairs separately.
They never got the original drift arm back, it was still on the island. They just got a new one. As for the legs, ive got no clue on that one

But another thing I don’t understand is they returned to the island without getting the light blade attached, it didn’t take off from the moon base, it doesn’t have the new paint job. Plus if it made a trip to the island before the event, we would have seen it. Maybe everyone was sleeping and didn’t hear it lol

Bit of a stretch but magic the gathering (mtg) had a collaboration with fortnite awhile back and mtg lore has these monsters called the phirexians who's black oil corrupts and changes entire planes of the multiverse ^_~☆ check it out, it's an ongoing story that has to do with sleeper agents and traveling the multiverse to complete their mission of turning the multiverse into machine zombie creatures ^_~☆

Wait what? Why was the imagined mad at Paradigm? Wasn’t she one of the seven who wanted her back? She had communications with her for the majority of chapter 3 season 2. Also if paradigm was crash landed on the moon the entire time how did she pilot a rocket during The End event?

They are mad at the Paradigm because the monster she slayed in the season 9 event. (The Final Showdown) She worked with The Imagined Order to take it down so they see the Paradigm as a traitor. Also she used the Zero Point to gain power, which was not part of the plan and ultimately made the Zero Point unstable for the rest of chapter 1. Hope that clears that up.
