In my area you can get a 'conditional' registration on these things where you can use them on public streets it fitted with lights and turn signals front and rear. Cheers Dave.
I have looked at hydraulic lift kits for the tray and the smallest one lifts 4 tonnes and cost about $1000! Might be a little outside the budget at this stage. Cheers Dave.
