I've noticed the skinny brows coming back in trend but I'm going to keep my bushy brows. Skinny brows were popular when I was younger and a lot of people I know plucked them pencil thin, but then couldn't grow their eyebrows back out when the Instagram brow became trendy because they'd already plucked their brows to oblivion.
Hoping that the younger generation is aware of that and can learn from the hindsight of us who previously lived through the pencil thin brow trend. 😅

Exactly im 43 and got to pencil mine in and fake it ( fake it till you make it, i guess) lol, but how i wish I could just use brow gel or wax but then i try to grow them out and they grow out underneath and patchy so then i just end up cleaning them up and waxing again 🙅🏻♀️🙆🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️lol
I’m 63 now and so wish I hadn’t plucked so much when I was younger - of course, they’ve never grown back. I’d so love to have them back (they used to be like yours hun before plucking) - to all the younger ones out there - just stick them down and cover them till the fad is over!!!
Make up is so personal and it supposed to make you feel lovely in your own skin. Take it off, no shame in that! Probably best to use them individually with products you know work for you. Thanks for your honesty ❤

My brows are in between really, so keeping them that way. Mother and older sisters eyebrows never recovered after the 90’s/00’s skinny, so not learning that lesson myself 😂
The purple highlighter and the lip oil are the two products that I had considered buying. The reviews for REM seem to be mixed so far. I tried the concealer thinking it would be similar to Nars soft matte, but nope it was terrible, so dry, less coverage and streaky, my skin is probs too dry for a concealer like that.
the concealer has hydrablur essence, with the passage of time, it nourishes ur skin and acts like skincare. The entire base, inc. primer and concealer are supposed to go with the ''mist thing' spray. it has the same formula for moisturizing that basically hydrates the ENTIRE base. it results in a full glowy look. u can even pair the undereyes with cooling blurring eye balm, which helps cooling and blocking the pores out alot, that product went viral. Furthermore, the use of the concealer depends on ur skin type too. for dry skin, u need to blend it out accordingly with a damp beauty blender.
Girl, I am so jealous of your eyebrows! I love thicker, slightly bushy brows but sadly mine are naturally kind of thin. I like seeing new make up trends too, but I am stuck in my ways so I'll enjoy the new trends from far away. Love your content, you crack me up. Also love seeing the random cat sightings :)

Never liked skinny brows, they make the face look much older.
Depends on the face shape, some ppl can pull it off, others can’t.
The highlight topper from REM Beauty is my absolute favorite from the brand! Its pigmented and gives a nice glow to the skin nothing glittery to were I do use it as normal highlighter or placed on top of another one to give it something extra

I think the consistency of the concealer is such that a fluffy blending brush would work great; a very light thin veil of it. The marker would work better with a gloss maybe? You look so beautiful nonetheless 🥺🥺💗

I’m in America and haven’t tried anything from her brand, but that lip liner stain has me itching to order that exact same color you used! I mean this in the nicest possible way but I've never been interested by REM beauty - especially the eyeshadow palettes look very poundshop-y to me. I actually think you were pretty kind about the makeup; I think you looked beautiful in the end but nothing you couldn't have done with a full face of Primark or George at Asda for example. I understand why you took the makeup off in the end if you were going somewhere.

Skinny brows on my super hairy face is an absolute no for me! My brows connect to my hair line when I don't keep an eye on them 😂 and I have crusty eye lids atm too steph! And they always get a little swollen, it's very sad! I love eczema 🙃 lol

Always adore your videos, and I agree ,I conceal my whole existence , identity with concealer more than foundation😂 I even use a darker shade for me eyelids if I cant be assed using eyeshadows ❤❤🎉😂

I have GIANT Italian eyebrows naturally, but I’ve always hated them & wanted skinnier brows so they’ve almost always been either thinned out or just shaved off. But in like 2021 I decided to try I let them grow, & they became absolute *beasts* 😮💨 I wacked them completely off again last year, now they’re bleached & basically gone 🤷🏼♀️ I can’t do big ass brows! & oh my god they grow back in like a DAY. I *wish* I could be part of the crew whose never grew back! 😩 I have photo evidence of them, would love to share that journey 🤸🏼♀️
I have dermatitis on my face too 😭 ears, and t zone. If I miss my skin routine it just flares up.

Oh f no! I do my brows v similarly to you actually. I feel like I finally just settled into this style! My brows can't handle anymore huge shifts in trends. Also I'm 40 so I've had pencil thin brows in my life ;-)

Since ur base wasnt built properly, the makeup wasnt goin to apply properly either. u can even pair the undereyes with cooling blurring eye balm, which helps cooling and blocking the pores out alot, that products went viral. coming to the marker, the marker is made to OUTLINE ur lips, not for usin it first as a base for lipstick. The fomula of the lipsticks is matte, so it will not sit properly on a wet lip that has been covered in the marker. The marker is to be layered OVER the lipstick.
cohesively, i dont understand y ur not satisfied with the look. the products are great, and tbh, i liked the overall look.

I have kept my brows plugged and skinny since the nineties 😅 and that's my favourite brow look. Not super skinny though.
I like this look on you but would have added more blush and a lipgloss. The highlighter looks stunning. The only Rem product I own is the blush/lip stick which is nice but I hardly ever reach for it. So inspired by your video, ai will use it today. 😊
I have never been one for brow trends I just pluck out the stray hairs and wear them fairly natural

I don’t pluck my brows for a trend but I had bushy brows my whole life and then at about 14 I decided to go super thin and I LOVED THEM! I’ve let them grow back on and off for the past 10 years but I always prefer super skinny brows on me rather than my massive caterpillars that I naturally have. It just bothers me when people try to tell me I’ll regret it. Like I’ve been doing it for 10 years, I think I’ll like it for at least another 10 years. I’m also not scared cause I’ve been plucking them for 10 years and they always grow back so idk 🤷🏻♀️
I'm jealous! I had bigger brows, plucked them beyond thin and now I grew them out over lockdowns and about half the thickness they were with huge patches in them. I would love my old big brows back now. Doesn't matter what anyone tells you, you need to do what makes you comfortable and confident!
I plucked mine for over ten years and they always grew back.... until one day they didn't. Now I'm stuck with thin brows and as you get older they thin out even more. It's a nightmare. I'm not trying to tell u what to do but if you could try and shave off the growth that you don't want it would be so much better for your brows In the long run. I'm proof of how quickly things can turn and go down hill. Once your brows stop growing.... and THEY WILL STOP GROWING...eventually... they will never come back and they will constantly continue to thin.

I've had psoriasis IN my ears and behind my right ear since I was 15 and in the past few days the psoriasis in my right ear has crept down onto my ear lobe too!! It's so weird because the ear lob is softer so it feels weird.
right!?!? i used to get it in my scalp as a kid but suddenly in my late 20s i got it in my ears 😂 now on my lobes! fast forward to 2030 and i'll just be a walking scab xoxox
My eyebrows fell out about 8 years ago, maybe longer so I've got skinny patchy brows & I HATE them.
I paint them on every day.
In summer they bleach away to nothing.
As I’ve seen, Ari usually pairs the lip stain marker with some of her glosses. I’ve tried her go-to combo (marker in booked n busy + gloss in pink razor) and they are a match made in heaven!
I tried the concealer and tbh not massive fan. Looks quite dry under my eyes compared to my normal one

I thought your eyes looked better when they were that lovely purple shade. If I'm honest, I felt it looked kind of cheap as an overall look together and rather than emphasising your natural beauty, it hindered it ..hiding it away almost. The lips were a shame as it looked so good at first with just the stain. I love Ariana Grande's fragrance line so was excited to see what the make up line would be like but it seems disappointing to me. That said, the liner pen and the mascara looked fab-u-lous!! 😊
The makeup line is awful. Rihanna & Selena Gomez have better quality makeup lines.

arghhh so annoying babe i'm sorry!! does sun help with it at all? i never recommend them but when mine got really bad i did a few very short sunbed sessions (with spf) and it helped quite a bit! but obv not a long term fix at all!x
@STEPHANIE TOMS yeah last year I went to Spain and found it really helped but then the winter came and got so bad again, but in the last week it seems to be calming down a bit bit random tbh but it's slowly fading so fingers crossed 🤞 was guna try sun bed bit didn't want to make myself worse xx

I love a slimmer brow, I can’t stand them brows that are brushed up and glued to peoples foreheads, it’s not a good look at all. I prefer a nice shape and tidy.
If i had better brows i wood never ever pluk then again. I am groing my brows out whit a diy serum. And they are much better but it takes a lot of time. So i will never pluk then skinny again. The serum i make is castoroil, vit E oil and aloë vera.
