Great video Caryn. Can buyers use a VA loan for new construction homes? Would a VA loan effect any incentives the builder offers?
I think now is perfectly moment to additions (interest lower) and time to ask for discounts and renew yourself.
Recently one of my custumer paid 150 k discount and spend $ 72k
Use a "Phase" inspector, this will save you many headaches!
