Any chance of you measuring the distance of the mounting holes for the base plate assembly? I’m trying to figure out the best mounting solution before I buy. So to get the steel plate with all the pre-drilled holes or the aluminum extruded bars. I mainly need to know the distance from the top and bottom holes, not the left to right holes. (Hope that makes sense). May be too much to ask. Not a big deal.
I’m happy to take a look but it’s a tough question because there are actually two ways to mount the pedals. There are 4 holes - 2 located on the baseplate where the pedals sit and 2 on the heel rest that you mount to the baseplate. Additionally you can remove the heel rest and connect brackets to the side of the baseplate to mount them on a custom rig. There are a few hole options on the second mounting option I described. If you look at my ASR 4 video at the end you will see me mount them using the custom rig method. I’m happy to get measurements tomorrow but just wanted you to be aware of all the options!
For the second method I described the screws are approx. 14.5 inches across from each other. that is from throttle to clutch side. from front to back I have taken a picture that might help here on my latest post --> www.youtube.com/@ss0op/community As for the first method I can't give you measurements because I don't have them assembled anymore.
Thanks for the response. I just watched your video on the ASR4. I placed my order today for the ASR6 with the standard steel pedal mount option. I ordered the inverted P1000i pedals. Not looking forward to putting all this together.
It’s just very stiff and actually designed as intended. Once you get it mounted properly it’s great. It’s just a big adjustment if you are coming from Logitech pedals!
@@ss0op yup. It’s picking up the minor movement. I think it’s the travel of the pedal but couldn’t fret that adjusted . Seeing vids everyone’s pedal event with stuff moves a bit more
Elastomers for the brakes and springs for the clutch and throttle. I’ve heard you can make springs work on the brake too if you prefer them but I like the elastomers.

It’s a chore but worth it! Would love to see a pic when it’s put together!
my brake isnt moving either. did you figure out how to get it moving?

@@ss0op yeah it is. i just wanted a bit more travel but couldnt get it to move.
@@askeeter84did you try changing out the elastomers?

Are springs included for the brake and the throttle as well?
