I love that shade of pink, the cuttets you used, as well as, the cording and bails... The tips you give in each tutorial are absolutely essential. Thank you for those! I know for one, you have saved me much time and money messing around with water based or inclusive products to add into the other Clay's. I just won't be trying it now... Have a wonderful week and Holiday weekend, Samantha. 🐇
I 💕 this pendant she is making!!! I am interested in trying to make my own jewelry in nearby future, real soon!!! Something safe for my first grand babies arrival, for the middle or beginning of August 2021!! 🍼👶👣❣️🥰
I just love watching your videos! You are so knowledgeable, delightful and real, and that isn’t easy to do when all we see are your hands 😅. Great work and great teaching!
These are so beautiful and easy to make. Thanks so much for sharing your video with all of us. Yes I would like to see more like this, maybe with different colors. Thanks
These are absolutely stunning! Love the video and thanks for sharing. I haven't even finished the whole tutorial and I've already ordered the Pardo. Just though I'd mention that while you're chopping the clay it cuts out your voice and I don't want to miss a word of what you have to say!
Hi Samantha. These necklaces are just lovely. Thank you so much for sharing. I would like to know, what was the second cording you used? It looks rather pretty. Thank you again.
Lovely. Would this technique work for other faux stones, such as turquoise? I have made the turquoise with black paint but I am not a fan of adding the paint.
These are so cute 💗 I've just started with jewelry making and I would like to know how you call the metal bits where the ring goes trough? I've tried googling many things but I can't find it..
Great Tutorial! Thank You. I will not be using Pardo though. I have tried Pardo a few times and just hate it. I think I will go with Premo and Cernit Translucent
These are absolutely beautiful. I love them! I'm wondering how durable pardo is. And which brands buff the best. Maybe sometime in the future you might do a tutorial on that.
Hi Samantha, I was wondering what I could use for creating pink with Pardo translucent when you don’t already have the pink translucent but do have Pardo translucent? Can you mix some Premo reds into the Pardo translucent to create a pink translucent? Any suggestions? I only have the translucent from Pardo not colored translucents yet. I want to try this in pink and maybe purple for faux amethyst, will mixing Premo bits in work? Thank you
If you add normal polymer clay to translucent it will make it opaque and lose some of its transparency. You could try adding a tiny drop of pink alcohol ink to some translucent clay. Wear gloves. Mix in well. Add a tiny bit more alcohol ink if you need to. A little goes a long way.
Maria Tew I don’t think I have pink alcohol inks or paint even. I know I have purple alcohol inks. I bought a package called an exciter pack on amazon awhile back. It’s sad because I really wanted to try this. But if just mixing in a smidge of Premo pinks or red won’t work with Pardo translucent then I guess I won’t get to try this. Thank you for replying.
What about a very light pink mica I’m talking the tiniest amount or else u could use a pink sharpery marker and barely go around the out side of the cutter or ur blade as u chop the prices it will leave pink behind when done chopping b4 adding white clean blade with rubbing alcohol .
Alcohol ink or a very small amount or red clay will work best. The red clay will take away a bit of the translucency, but not too much if you use a small amount.
I used the number four option in the listing as it's the largest one. I also used the second largest or number 3 option. www.etsy.com/au/listing/767627823/heart-donut-cutter-1?ref=shop_home_active_4&frs=1
Susie Angel I wasn’t sure if that was just my imagination that they looked a little yellow down at the bottom point on the backs. Glad someone else noticed it too to confirm I’m not just seeing things.
Dónde comprar los componentes que pones en la punta del cordón? Las terminales. Where do you buy the componentes that you put at the end of the cord? The terminales
How does using the alcohol ink compare to using a white acrylic paint? (the way I've seen this sort of method done a few times) Either way, beautiful work, and thank you for sharing!
Yes, but be aware that you need to apply a very light coat and will need to leave the clay and paint to dry a long time as the pardo doesn't like water. I'd go with white pastels instead.
haha squeaky chair ! Love all your tutorials! You are a complete genius and a pro at explaining things!!

Thank you for your beautiful tutorial! Thinking to start doing something with polymer clay but always postponing it!
I just love watching your videos! You are so knowledgeable, delightful and real, and that isn’t easy to do when all we see are your hands 😅. Great work and great teaching!
Great and simple technique! Love it! Thank you Samantha 😍
Very nice that’s a lot of work .

Beautiful.
Absolutely gorgeous! Thanks.
Beautiful. Great tutorial . Inspirational.
Absolutely beautiful!!
The pendants are cute.
Another great tutorial and a stunning necklace!
Love this.....yes more! Maybe with Premo?
You can do it with premo, but it won't be as translucent.
Wow absolutely stunning
Hi Samantha. These necklaces are just lovely. Thank you so much for sharing. I would like to know, what was the second cording you used? It looks rather pretty. Thank you again.
Lovely! Always a pleasure to see your work!!
So very pretty! Thanks
I love it so much ..but can I ask what is the material you mix with the little pieces of clay
blanco blanco pinata alcohol ink.
Ur work is always beautiful n Ur so helpful n I really enjoy Ur videos thank u👍💖
Beautiful!
Beautiful Samantha
These are just precious!!!
Lovely. Would this technique work for other faux stones, such as turquoise? I have made the turquoise with black paint but I am not a fan of adding the paint.
It will work for many stones )calcite, citrine, amethyst, amazonite, turquoise, white howlite)
I tried to do turquoise but it didn't work well. The brown alcohol ink stained all of the blues
I love those! thank you
These are so cute 💗 I've just started with jewelry making and I would like to know how you call the metal bits where the ring goes trough? I've tried googling many things but I can't find it..
Never mind, found them, yay :)
Great Tutorial! Thank You. I will not be using Pardo though. I have tried Pardo a few times and just hate it. I think I will go with Premo and Cernit Translucent
Did you try it with the Premo Would love to see it :)
Lovely! ❤👍😍

Pardo is a very strong brand of clay and will hold up to time very well.
Where did you find them? 😍
@@annmillwood1221 Links for Pardo are in the description above
Super jolis !!!👏👏
De toute beauté j'aime beaucoup
You is amazing as always!!!
These are beautiful! I can't wait to try out Pardo!
I love this!💕💗
Amazing as usual do you remember where you got the cording for them

Should have said while not white
Wonderful tutorial. Please confirm which size options used on this project as I’m keen to buy.

I forgot to comment earlier; those are lovely, Samantha! Pardo definitely looks more transparent than Sculpey. Are those your molds?
Thank you. Here are my cutters. www.etsy.com/au/listing/767627823/heart-donut-cutter-1?ref=shop_home_active_4&frs=1
They’re beautiful , the do look a little burned on the back, but still very pretty.

How does using the alcohol ink compare to using a white acrylic paint? (the way I've seen this sort of method done a few times)
Either way, beautiful work, and thank you for sharing!
The ink doesn't react with the pardo clay like paint would. Paint makes the clay sticky.
These look amazing, thanks for sharing. Technical question - what speed to you have you dremel set to for buffing?
Could you use a white liquid clay for this?
Yes, but I find it harder to use as it remains sticky until baking.
If you do not have pinata ink can you use a bit of acrylic paint?
Yes, but be aware that you need to apply a very light coat and will need to leave the clay and paint to dry a long time as the pardo doesn't like water. I'd go with white pastels instead.
Can I use acrilic colour?
You an cane use acrylic paint, but you'll need to use a different brand of clay since paint makes pardo sticky.
🩷🩷That is so very gorgeous!!🩷🩷 I love them. I've never heard of the brand before is it new?🤔
No. Pardo's been around for a bit. It's a more niche brand, but has fantastic translucent options.
What ratio did you use please for the pink to translucent ?
oops! no need to answer! just realised you already did in the video...sorry!
could you make the hole before you bake them
Yes, but it wouldn't look as neat.
