Those who were lucky enough to have lived through the magical 60s must have been Angel's in a previous life, because they brought a slice of heaven to earth
Brilliant!Wish I lived back there now!Despair at state of the world today!Made my day!🙂👍
RIP Charlie Watts.
Those years meant a lot to me remembering my old friends who have gone before me still listening to your brilliant music
'69 was a great year. I came back from Nam in one piece. Many of my brothers didn't. God bless them all.
Thank you for your service. God bless you as well.
@@christopherwassink6620 thank you. Nice to hear it now. Would have been nice to hear it then. But thank you just the same. God bless.
Vietnam was on the BBC news every night at tea time when I was small. I knew more about Vietnam then than the USA. Stay safe!
@@lindylou6864 you stay safe too. The world is an EVIL place. God bless.

Cazzo! '68 was a great year.
1969. I was 6 years old.. good Music, remarkable!
Me too.
Fortunately, I can remember most of the songs played on the radio from 66 onwards. 😉
I've just had YT recommend your channel.. Wow I love it 👏👏From 1959 to the 70s is my era and I love the way you play approx 90 seconds of each song... So many others play about 5 seconds which is so annoying. Thank you I love your taste in music 😀👍👏👏
Cool, thanks!
I ccr comandavano il mondo musicale.
Wow the beeb banned Jane Birkin
My Way is an awful dirge.
I wish I had written it, I'd be a very wealthy man. 😊
@@bigbarty8648 the lyrics or the tune? They were written separately. Anyway, it’s still awful.
@@anicecupoftea8303 I can't argue with that! Certainly never been in any of my playlists.
I believe Paul Anka wrote the lyrics, I may be wrong. 😊
Sinatra hated it himself...
Hate that song
Sugar Sugar??? More like Crappy Crappy!
Yes, one of the most annoying songs ever but it's all part of the wonderful diversity of 1960's music. 😊
These were all in the charts, the REAL music was what we called "underground".
Fu !!! best song written in the twentieth century
Obviously not a connoisseur of fine music.....
@@mikeferguson4522 It's trite tripe, more like an advertising jingle. Like most of the 60's music, luckily we had Dylan the Stones and the Beatles to temper the anal offerings of stuff like Sugar Sugar.
@@geraldaird9390 the comment was meant to be subtle sarcasm
wonderful music
