I think parts like this never get made in a fully replacement because it would be very difficult if not impossible make all the clips and mounting points for the buttons and shift boot and have it be reliable and have that perfect fitment. If they did make it, it would be crazy expensive and it really wouldnt be any lighter then the oem plastic anyways so people wouldn't buy it.
Yes its still great. Its an OEM part from Honda so fit and finish is perfect but no its not worth $700. I got mine for $550 if i remeber correctly. But if i could go back in time id have got one aftermarket like from company Carbonsixthelement. Much cheaper and still great quality and fitment.
Yes. Honda originally made these only for right hand drive cars. Then they made a few for the left hand drive cars like mine which are very rare right now and since I bought through a vendor i had to pay their up charge so they make money as well. Original Part price is about 450 to 500 somewhere around there. Also this particular carbon with the red kevlar material in it is more expensive then regular carbon.
@@MoisesEmpire Thanks for explaining. I've spent the last hour looking for this part online and only found it on Japanese sites. I can't understand why Honda is making it so difficult to buy for left hand drive cars. It's a must have option IMO. I think the stock console looks and feels cheap...unbefitting for the CTR.
It is a genuine Honda part. If it wasnt they wouldnt be able to advertise it as a genuine Honda part and they definitely wouldn't be able to put the Honda logo on it and its part number. If it wasn't a Honda part, Honda would be sueing them in a heart beat and wouldn't allow them to sell it.
Looks awesome. Just wish this was a full panel replacement instead of an overlay, but I'll still probably get it LOL.

Looks amazing definitely on my list of future mods 🤙🏽
How you still liking this piece? Fit and finish top notch? Is it worth the $700 cost?

How do you feel about it being a stick on and not a replacement. Do the buttons feel right? Like, not too deep?
Im glad its stick on cuz carbon clips can break easily when removing the part. Everything still feels the same. Carbon isn't too thick.
Love to have one for my SI
Im not 100% sure but I think is should fit on the Si.

Yo necesito un amigo como tú pa aprender a poner mi carro al día 💪🏾
Looks Great man, Thinking this or the Alcantera steering wheel will be first upgrade. Cheers
Thanks!
@@MoisesEmpire You Going to change out the Steering wheel?
Yeah I wanna get a carbon fiber one.
Looks sweet!
Thanks!
sick I honestly didn't think it was just a stick on I thought you had to replace the whole console
Nope, its an easy install thankfully.
Geezus .. For MSRP that should’ve been standard
Would be nice but Honda doesn't do real carbon as a standard option on any of their cars.
Where did you get
Like i said in the video the link for it is in the description. Also the company's Instagram.
Isn't it like $600?? More than I paid for carbon center on my 992 GT3 lol

@MoisesEmpire do they have more for sale?
@@jw3384 they should. I would email them and ask just too be sure.

Your welcome. If you want an aftermarket option i know a company that is making one and should be cheaper then the OEM one.
At no point does anyone actually believe this is a genuine Honda part right?

It is a Honda OEM part, but for some reason, I can't find it on the Honda USA website. I can only find in Honda Japan sites. Not sure why.
Yeah i got mine from the UK
LOL! You’re covering real carbon fiber console with a fake one…..
What? OEM gray console part that came on the car from factory is plastic.
@@MoisesEmpire if you look up the part number, it says it’s carbon fiber and the cost is 3x that of standard console part in other civics and Integra.
@halazip which part number? Because the silver OEM part that i covered up with the carbon fiber is made of plastic.
damm…that’s so clean. - ponjaps_fc3
Thanks!!
