Apartments on a 50ft X 100ft Plot

House designs on small plots. Due to the increasing demand for housing, especially in Uganda with a population of about 44.3 million people and a high rate of urbanization, this calls for vertical growth in housing as opposed to horizontal growth. But also due to challenges in our land ownership and management, it thus becomes ideal for Architects to maximize designing on small plots such as 50ft x 100ft that are common in Uganda.
