Really cool Air Check, Bo! I love this. Ya know, I worked w/your awesome Dad at KLIF in '64. Glad to see you carrying on the great family tradition on the air. I went on the air as the 1st Female Anncr. on Dallas Radio in 1965. KVIL's Girl Named SAM. Hey, was that my good buddy, Charlie Van Dyke doing IDs? I worked w/him at KVIL and used to do lots of VO work w/him. I'll post a video demo I think you'll like. Keep up the good work, Bo. I am impressed! TY so much - Mary "SAM" Stoddard/KLIF-KVIL
Ahhhh...when KEarth was at it's best! These days they have really bad jingles, teenage sounding announcers and too much 80's. Though Gary Bryan in the AM still the pro he always was.
Badazz Bo da man on the go, use to have his on show, of which I didnt know, had to go, to make mo do...Dammit Bo you looked like you were in your zone, found your bliss, get Davidsons to buya radio station and be the DJ that can play
If you like the same 10 80s songs played multiple times per day everyday, boring DJs with no-energy, flat and processed jingles, and 30 minutes of commercials every hour, then yes, K-Earth sounds great
K earth has changed through the years. A lot of great talent, but most of them aren’t there anymore. Gary Bryan is still there and is the host of the morning show, and is the greatest disc jockey on the air today!!
KRTH fired all their great highly paid jocks other than Gary Bryan, scrapped the good jingles, scrapped the high energy, forward momentum and other elements of Drake formatics, and sought jocks with ordinary voices and boring music. I never listen any more.
OMG! My dream is to be a Radio Talent! I have a Degree in Radio and I scored a part-time entry level promotions job at a radio station. Any tips how I can gain more experience or what I need to do to achieve my dream of being an on-air radio personality?
I used to listen to this amazing radio station during my stay in LA since 1999 to 2008, and It was the Best radio station all around the world, sadly nowadays It Is a beautiful memorie. The new management destroyed everything. It doesnt remain anything of k- earth 101. Just shadows AND shadows.
He's a great voice talent !!! One of my favorite ! Bravo Bo from France !
I work with Bo now. He is seriously a great guy! Heart of gold!
Can't stand the fact that this radio station is no longer like this.
Wow, this was uploaded 10 years ago. I understand Bo Woods became a radio programming consultant. Thanks for posting this blast from the past.

what is the instrumental right after dancing in the street, before strawberry alarm clock inscence and peppermints 2:20-2:23 mark
I think that was the outro of the Beatles "I Saw Her Standing There".
It's "Slow Down" by The Beatles.
