I am trying to come and move to Ghana. My research shows for a 5 bedroom house 4 baths , $89,000 is dollars. Land cost in central Ghana $750 to $1200 not really a acre but 100 by x 80. Then the total cost with infrastructure separate from the Ghana government. Bore hole, water filter, water heater, back up quiet generator, and solar power. Total cost around $155,000. To not have water and lights cut off. Also Black Americans must be careful to avoid land scams!!!!!!! But to sell one’s house and ship furniture cost $4,000 to $5,000. But port taxes cost $5,000 to $6,000. Then where can one stay for one year or two with personal items in a safe area not to get robbed. Rent must be paid up front. Maybe after 2 years😢 $24,000. It’s almost $200,000 not to mention, business cost, , marketing, and legal documents like banking, dual citizenship, permits, insurance, and training workers. Wow my head is spinning. Not sure how to get up this kind of money!!!!! 😢😢😢😢🎉
Did I say international driver’s license, residency card, Ghana card, yellow card, EPA registration and other licensing requirements. It’s to much 💰 money!!!!!!! Not to mention private driver, eating out or increase inflation cost, Airbnb and hotels and airline cost to travel back and forth along with private security cost!!!!!!!! Wow😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
