The stock market always go up and down, and sometimes it goes way down. But in the long run it has always rebounded and kept pushing up & up. You should do nothing but stay the course. Continue contributing every paycheck to your 401K, IRA, HSA, HYSA and etc. You will succeed with this plan. I have saved $550K in my retirement account so far, with atleast 12yrs to keep adding money and growing to over $1M+.
Congratulations! I think that’s what I’m going to know stay the course. Especially since I have so much to learn. I don’t want to make an uneducated mistake.
You're so smart, I love it!!! God is definitely going to make your real estate dreams come true, because he sees the work you're doing and he rewards excellence.
I think you have a solid plan in place. If the market goes down it'll be a great buying opportunity and I'm bullish on tech/AI as well as getting better positioned in some quality dividend paying stocks and ETFs. I really want to get into real estate, maybe in a few years once I get my investments up a bit more.
Same! Based on what I have, I do not have windfall money to purchase real estate so that will be a long game strategy item for me. I will be sitting put with the real estate that I have. I can do the stock market though! I keep seeing that I need to research tech to invest in. That is what I am going to do although it is a bit intimidating. One day at a time as I do not think that anything will drop drastically tomorrow! Thanks for watching.
GREAT ideas and thinking for sure! I'm just focused on continuing to fund my 3 ETF portfolio and hoping to purchase my 2nd property in 2025. I'm not fully educated or big fan of crypto but I do buy Bitcoin & Ethereum here and there. Great video! Love
Think of stock crashes as a time to get rich. Always keep 10-20% of your cash on the sideline - in the brokerage account uninvested - so if there is a 20% market drop, you can go shopping. Until the crash comes, that 10-20% uninvested cash should be earning interest.
I’m investing in Crypto to make profits and then use those profits to invest in long term stock portfolio and then use the stock profits to use in real estate in 5-10 years‼️
I think I am similar as far as when I will be able to afford to invest in real estate. I am unable to do it in my 30s and 40s, but I should be able to in my 50s that’s ok with me. Better late than never.
The market always corrects itself. If you are investing, you keep the money in the market, but make sure you have savings to buy when the sale happens. I've been investing for 30 years and crashes (or pull backs) should be expected. The market has not even made up the % of growth lost since Covid, this bull market is really just a correction and over the long haul we are just making up time. Be calm, look for stable ETFs and Index funds, and stay the course.
Personally I buy crypto when is at its lowest of its lowest because I know it will go up. When it goes up a comfortable amount, I pull everything out. Because it will go down again.
If you really like Real Estate, REITS could be a play. Do you invest in Crypto? Long-term, XRP looks to be a great play. 5-10% of your investment money could potentially produce greater returns because Gary Gensler resigned yesterday and XRP has taken off. ijs - Tovoris
So Crypto, let’s talk about it! I historically have not been a fan of it. I feel like since the election, people are speculating that it is going to BOOM and we should invest now. My thing is, it is not regulated so that is why I have stayed away. How do you feel about it not being regulated. What happens then if it goes bust?
@QuitThatDayJob Well it not being regulated doesn't scare me but I feel you. If you'd like something more regulated, I know Bitcoin ETF's are available to invest in through Traditional and Roth IRA's at Fidelity but not with Vanguard (whom I'm with) so I will have to open a Fidelity account for part of my investments to be regulated.
@QuitThatDayJob if Crypto goes bust, that would mean Grayscale, Blackrock, and Micro Strategy was wrong and I'd lose lots of money but I trust the actions companies like this make although still riskay 😉 They were buying Crypto all summer before the election.
Thank you for an intelligent analysis. However, I don't think msnbc, cnn, fox are good sources of information. All sides are extremely fragmented and only tell you what they want you to believe. Financially Bloomberg is your best bet. As well as some of the advisors on independent media. PS, I wish you the best of success on your channel. Subs+1
Thanks! I can see that. They might be where I start. I picked them to make sure I’m aware of human behavior not so much finances. I have to find a good outlet for financial news too.

Pretty much doing the same. Building up our savings while DCAing and when things pullback, we'll be able to buy assets low. Enjoyed the video Elisee!

Congrats on the second home! That’s awesome. I shall be continuing too just following the plan I had before and keeping my eyes open.

Great job ❤

Yep, not making any drastic moves just maybe reserving a little bit more money for cheap assets! Thanks for watching!
