Lauren's First & Goal Feature Story

This past winter, our News and Sports Broadcasting producers were granted front-row-seat press credentials to experience the 124th Army/Navy football game in Boston, Massachusetts. But before filming on the sideline of America’s Game, our team was blessed with the opportunity to have a conversation with Assistant Army Head Outside Linebackers Coach, John Loose, as well as the author of “Hope Is Here To Stay”, Patrice Domozych, about their involvement with Lauren's First & Goal (www.laurensfirs.... Lauren's First and Goal is a non-profit organization launched by John and Marianne Loose in 2004 in honor of their daughter, Lauren, a pediatric brain tumor survivor. Since its inception, LFG has raised more than 3 million toward its mission to provide financial support for brain tumor research and cancer services, to offer financial and emotional support to families living with pediatric cancer, and to increase awareness of the disease.
