complete waste of time, you don't need a sous vide to make great ice cream. you can skip this step and just use a double boiler, save the sous vide for your main course instead.
Except that I just bagged it, dropped it in the bath, pulled it out, stuck in the ice bath for an hour, then into the fridge overnight. Easy as that. And, being that it’s already @ 180, bag up some veggies while your at it.
Can you zoom in more and splash isurgarcoatit on the screen a few more times? Oh cool thanks
Exactly. Useful content that is video challenged.
Why didn't you mention what temperature to cook the custard at?????
(thumbs down)
How much ice cream does this recipe make?
I can't figure how many vanilla pods to run w/ - it doesn't say on the anova website. am I safe with just one?
oh, i see it on the video now. (1 bean)
Can this be done with canning jars?
Yes.
Where can I buy the container with the lid with the hole for the anova?
Their website anovaculinary.com/products/
Or make your own ;)
why did you flim so far away i think you need to zoom in more.
I don't have a torch. What else could I use?
That was just a "useful technique" that had nothing to do and is pointless in the recipe.
Can you guys get the camera closer to the ingredients next time? Maybe just put the camera under the food.
Diner bros!
Those Tonka beans are illegal !!!!!!
I'm Tellin
😪…was hoping that there wasn’t an ice cream maker.
Why 2% Milk if your going to use cream anyway? #Milkfatdiscrimination
To get the fat % down enough so that you dont ger a fatty texture in the finished product
