I swear your cooking is getting better than ever. The way you plate things are much more elegant and neat than before. Keep up the good work.
Did this last night...much to everyone in the houses delight. Amazing!
Don't find skin on chicken breast in the UK that much, so I did with skinless. I then wrapped it in Parma ham so could crisp that in the pan instead.
I also used gruyère cheese in the middle which was so so good.
I always love watching your videos. You guys are so positive about everything, and it's really a joy to watch.
Thank you so much.. that means alot.
Guga love the sous vide roulade. I took your advice on the roulade just changed the filling. We made a spinach artichoke dip and used that as the stuffing with some onions, apples and asparagus spears. We also breaded it after sous vide and pan fried for a great crust. Thank you for the help Guga!
Oh man, this made me miss Publix! When I lived in orlando, I would get a deli sandwich from there once a week. So good!
You’ve made food over the months that looks incredible. This one however may be on the top 10...! You guys should open a restaurant and name it AMAZING.! I’d fly in from the north west just to try it.
On a side note, I really enjoyed the video work on this one. Not to long, trips to the store, detailed and AMAZING..!
Going down your list of awesome recipes! Making this tonight, and your bacon wrapped country style ribs for tomorrow. My family is loving your recipes!! I made the chocolate pot de creme last night- can't wait! Your boys are so adorable! I agree that cooking with your kids makes for some awesome memories:) Mine are in their 20's, and they all love to cook :)
Wow, I can't wait to try this. I so appreciate your channel! I'm making your Bourbon Pork Loin recipe today. It's the second time I've made it. My family just loved it last time. Someone posted down below that you should do a cookbook. I would love it if you did!
good job!! i do that setup for more than 10 years!! 10 years ago i did that in ''bain marie'' in the oven... with sous vide...its really cool. but that smoke!!! hummmmmmm!!! -respect to y'all.
I'm making this in my Anova sous vide as I'm watching your video to make sure temp & time is set right (I use prosciutto on the outside (no chicken skin) and sear it at the end). I have 1 hr 40 min left! This is not the 1st time I'm making it. Wish I could share it wt all humans. Thank you for uploading. PLEASE upload more sous vide videos! meat, veg, seafood, game, anything. Thanks a bunch. Love from L.A.
ninja is my boy! hes probably what got me into the channel originally but the food stands for itself. i love watching your videos each week, im tempted to get a sous vide machine myself :3 perhaps in time. anyhow keep up the great work fellas.
Oh my word! Another fantastic chicken recipe. I am still making the chicken and bacon skewers and now you put this wonderful recipe up. This is next on my list for sure. It looks AMAZING!!!! Can't wait to dig into this at my house. You guys are AWESOME!!!
Thank you so much brother, I appreciate that... if you make this one you will love it.
I made this and it is worth all the effort. It tasted great and I love the crusty skin on the outside. Hooray for Guga for a perfect chicken!
Guys, been following y'all for a while and you're videos are just so interesting! Thank you for all the comparison videos you've done! I just really wanted to say thanks!
I’m so glad I found your channel! I love it! You make the recipes easy to follow and fun to watch!
That looked absolutely delicious. My mouth is full-on watering.
I am going to have to try this myself now.
Might swap the provolone for a nice Feta though, with blanched, chopped spinach that is more palatable for my kids.
Thanks for the inspiration.
A warning: Be careful about cooking sous vide in plastic wrap. Cheaper Polyvinyl Chloride wraps can contain plasticizers which can leach into food, especially at high heat. If you intend to cook with a plastic wrap, make sure it's high quality Polyethylene wrap that's rated for heat contact. I have heard, but cannot confirm, that Costco plastic wrap is made of polyethylene and is suitable for sous vide cooking.
Other than that, it looks delicious.
Wizkid490 a better substitute for plastic wrap would be parchment paper. It's designed for this type of coming; it will fold/roll and hold the desired shape; it's food safe, no pcb's; and it's available everywhere.
Wizkid490 thank you!
Agreed. For example if you make bread in the oven but don't like the crust to be so crunchy, you can wrap it to soften it. But make sure to warp in a plastic wrap that is safe to use in high heat or wrap it in something else. And it also applies to vacuum bags. Not all vacuum bags are meant to use in sous vide and might not be safe for that. For example never use the vacuum bag the meat comes in for sous vide. Guga does talk about this in one of his later videos.
AMAZING!! I can’t wait to make this. I made a 10 pound pulled pork exactly to your recipe, and it was amazing.
Looks so awesome I ran out to the store and bought it all and made this. This tasted AMAZING!

Guga, your videos are getting even better with every post. AMAZINGGGG. (Ps: I will be trying your recipe this weekend 👍)
This is an excellent recipe. Good job.
Looks great, was thinking you could also use caul fat as a wrap instead of getting the chicken with skin... the other thing to try might be getting extra thick cut bacon and pounding THAT flatter as a wrap.
I made these and they are perfect!!!! Thank
You Guga!!!
Thanks SVE. You guys are awsome as usual.
I made this with blue cheese. It was amazing! :)
+JukkaBros awesome!

Be honest, did you pour bacon grease on the chicken after it was cut to make it look juicier?
Nice job Guga! Looks amazing as usual. How about a smoked sous vide turkey for Thanksgiving?
Great recipe I want a sous vide so bad now!!!
This one is for sure easy and worth it.
Please do a pork belly porchetta AND a turkey porchetta comparison for Thanksgiving. Keep up the great work!
Ok so you say "in the office" what do you do outside of RUclips? So curious. Also, as a little Cuban girl from Miami, I get super home sick and when I watch you guys, you're like a little piece of home. Thank you.
I just discovered your wonderful channel. Damn you, I started watching just before bed and have watched so many of your videos, I have to get up for work in 2 hours... :-P

Agreed
Smells delichiusss!!!
Just wanna say I really enjoy your videos! also have you ever tried a rolling pin to flatten out meats?
Thansk I appreciate the support... the pin I have tried, it does not work out very well.
I am always afraid of any splatter of chicken juice. I'll have to try out the meat tenderizer next time but i may use 2 bags lol
The look on Ninjas face at 6:50, when you start talking about the salad, like he seen a ghost!!!
Well done! Well done! Ninja is behaving like a gentleman... what the heck is going on? LOL! cheers dudes!!!!
What herbs do you usually use for garnishing? You always use some type of herbs.
I would have strained the bacon fat before searing the chicken in it. It looked Amaaaaazing!
Have you ever used the smoking gun before you cook the meat? Great videos guys! This channel is AMAZING!
this recipe looks AMAZING! ima try this at home. thanks got teaching us how to attach the searzar too keep up the good shit
Thanks Tyler, I appreciate that.
Ninja, what was that about a sous vide restaurant in Denmark?
Cool, Mau Mau made salad! Ninja should make something next.
Actually ninja is a master at avocado salad.
Well, your public is asking him to showcase it, then.
When you first pull the bag out of the sous vide, do you have to cool it down, or, do you just pat it dry and pan try straight away? I'm just curious because how do you know that by trying it, you won't overcook it?
Fontana cheese is delicious in this!!
Can you please try a sous viede beef roulade cook?
