    I need an advice how to stop thinking, and be fearful in a fight, when my opponent hits me I can't block it cause i think about the way i want to block his punch, and the hand he's gonna throw, i want to be good at martial arts, but it's difficult to stop reacting like that in a fight

    No different than music or any other art. Like john McLaughlin once said {and he probably wasn't the only one}, 'learn everything, then forget it'. Feed your skills, but then let your instincts take over and just flow.
