This was exactly what I needed to change my passenger mirror. I have an '18 Ridgeline RT and it was so much easier than I expected to take off the door panel and unhook the wires. I was worried about getting the panel back on but pushing the lip that butts against the window on first is key. Everything else just pops back into place. Easy peasy. Great instructions!👌👌👌
Have a 2017 honda pilot some nice person left it on my front hood as they drove by.I was not looking forward to replacing it.With this video took me 15 minutes.......Thanks for the help you seem like a nice kid
Thanks a lot! I fixed my Honda pilot 2019 ex-L using this video. Just one comment, it was so hard and tricky to assemble the door panel. I couldn't do that for 1 hour however my wife finished it for 10 sec. Iol...
TheJuiceMiester Great the video helped you out! If you have a lanewatch camera built in and you need help calibrating it, check this video out ruclips.net/video/sCSqnHY6XMI/видео.html Thanks
Is removing the door panel required? It was difficult to tell if there was a lip on the inside cover for the mirror attachment or if the the plug was below in the door.
great video. Do you know if this is the same process when repairing a 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L 4WD DRIVER'S Side mirror? The side without lanewatch is what needs to be repaired. Seems as if I did what your dad did but on the driver's side.
yes, the Pilot should have the exact same process. there should also be no difference between the non lane watch side and the side with. Thanks for the question!
thanks for the turorial, i just hit my honda civic rear door mirror and i am trying to replace it, do you know where you can find a best price to buy them? my model is a honda civic ex 2017, and i think i might just need the skull because the watchline camera is working, just a couple pieces that broke also.
Stupid design by Honda to put the electric connector behind the door panel. Could have just left the connector up in the window pillar trim like they did in previous generation.
There are plastic body panel available to remove the plastic inside panels. I guess you do not mind scratching the paint. Why did you have to add LOUD music to the video. It over powered your video.
Great video, very helpful, but please turn the music down.

Excellent video. Very instructive and well done.
Very nice, thank you
Is it the same for a 2007 ridgeline?
How did you pop off and reattach the actual mirror to the bracket?

Mark Ferguson, removing the door panel isn’t to difficult. Be sure to be careful when removing the clips because they tend to break.

Do you have the 2017 Ridgeline side view mirror lane watch assist calibration video?
Do you have anything that just show removing the side mirror covers.
They do have yellow color?
Not that I know of. Its a a vinyl wrap, truck was originally white.
good content.... just a little advise don't talk when you have turned away from the camera.
