I guess there were too many black & white photos of the Beatles in the 60's. Cartoonists didn't realize they didn't all have black hair.

We didn't even think of that when making this stop motion video! Very true. We just used the hair that came with the minifigures in the Yellow Submarine Lego set.

It's because the person who made The Beatles Cartoon named Al Brodax was also part of making the film, they didn't get The Beatles to voice themselves because the boys thought the film was going to flop even before the movie came out. Plus the boys didn't like the cartoon either.
But at the end, The Beatles did like the movie and did let the makers of the film borrow their music.
